It was very beautiful and clean. The staff were very friendly and very kind. I booked it as birthday trip and they heard me talking about it and gave me a bouquet of roses, Adil the cleaner was very kind and helpful. The food at the buffet wasn’t that great especially breakfast felt like there were not much options, the spices are limited to cater to non ethnic people ( which I understand). But it wasn’t bad food. All inclusive but no soft drinks included or fruit juices! Only provide fruit juices at breakfast.

The hotel is good but I was not happy in booking through Trip.com as they did not provide sufficient information such as details of the room and we had to suffer at the Hotel at the time of check in while the Hotel did their best in supporting our requirements
