ทําเลที่ตั้งสะดวกมากที่อพาร์ตเมนต์: ทั้งเมื่อเทียบกับสนามบิน (สถานี S-Bahn, S7) และใจกลางเมือง (U-Bahn) อพาร์ทเมนท์นั้นทันสมัยและใหม่ ห้องพักมีทุกสิ่งที่คุณต้องการตั้งแต่อุปกรณ์ ตู้เย็น เครื่องทําน้ําอุ่น เครื่องทํากาแฟพร้อมแคปซูลหลายตัว มีปัญหากับแอร์ในห้องนอนที่น่าจะรู้เพราะพัดลมถูกทิ้งไว้ตรงหัวมุมอย่างระมัดระวัง มีสบู่เหลวเล็กน้อยในตู้กดน้ําและจับพนักงานไม่ง่ายนักมันปรากฏขึ้นตามตารางเวลาเพราะมันไม่ใช่โรงแรม - โดยทั่วไปแล้วใช้เจลจากจิตวิญญาณสําหรับมือ :)) โดยทั่วไปแล้วเราพอใจอัตราส่วนราคา - คุณภาพ - ตําแหน่ง 5

The hotel is centrally located for shopping and sightseeing, about 20 min by bus from the main train station. The music theme is delightful although the Bassline room is compact. The good thing is there are lots of hooks in addition to hangers. I enjoyed some old school Motown and Caribbean music, borrowing records from reception. While the amenities in the room are limited, it’s easy to contact the staff by WhatApp and pick up items like robes, slippers, shower caps from the front desk. The room is only cleaned in request which is fine. But I think the cleanliness could use some attention. There was dust around the plugs in the room and piles of towels in the sauna. One of the guests had to ask for more towels and glasses there. The gym is fine. Dumbbells up to 22kg and 3 cardio equipments as well as some machines. Breakfast has great variety. Omelettes to order as well as both warm and cold food. All the staff was really friendly and helpful.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีมาก สามารถเดินไปยังพิพิธภัณฑ์ Sisi, ห้องสมุดเวียนนา, พิพิธภัณฑ์ Kunsthistorisches และ Central Cafe ได้ มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตเล็กๆ อยู่ใกล้เคียง และร้านเกี๊ยวจีนอยู่ติดกัน อาหารเช้าก็โอเค มีตัวเลือกไม่มากนัก แต่ผลไม้อร่อยดี การ์ดประตูโรงแรมมักจะใช้ไม่ได้ ซึ่งค่อนข้างน่ารำคาญ กาแฟและกาต้มน้ำอยู่ด้านหลังห้อง ซึ่งไม่สะดวกเลย เตียงคู่สองเตียงวางชิดกัน ซึ่งไม่ดีเลย

Overall: a pleasant stay, a good service that lifted up the overall experience - bravo to George and Luca (the lady receptionist) Location: fairly close to the centre and main attractions, roughly 15-20 mins walk to the city centre, especially good for those who like to walk like myself! Otherwise, close to the tram and subway, 3-5 mins walk. Rooms: a bit tired, especially those carpets… but some very nice touch in the room, including a coffee machine, raincoat hooks for jackets just when you enter the room, slippers. Fun fact, there is no shower curtain in my room so the floor was wet after my shower but George offered solutions and got it fixed, well done mate! Breakfast: a good choice, highlights are some very cool items, like a meat cutter, honeycomb, cakes etc, and the best part is, it lasts from 7 to 12pm (never seen one lasts that late from all my hotel stays across the globe, good for late owls)! Cleanness: it’s alright, but found hair in the towels, and a bit dusty on certain parts of the room (guess it is also because of its central location that’s why!) Service: top-notch! George and Luca and the guy who works at the night shift always greet you with a smile, offer help whenever needed (even helped plan my Budapest trip), and completely changed my mind towards the stay! For hotels like this, if you cannot change the hardware immediately to push it to a 4.5-star, the best thing is to focus on the software, like their service, and I’m glad they did, so thank you! Amazing job and work guys!

Lovely, quirky hotel in an excellent location. It's an easy walk into central Vienna, and sites like the Parliament, Rathaus and Leopold Museum are practically on the doorstep. Transport links around Vienna are excellent, with the U2 station almost within shouting distance. Staff speak excellent English, and are friendly and helpful. Comfortable, if smallish room, and well sound insulated. Only fault is the erratic WiFi. It often dropped, making streaming a frustrating experience. The onsite restaurant makes decent pizza at a good price - a decent option if you don't fancy going out.

I left a review already but that is a second reservation I had. The hotel is not super fancy or imperial but the location is beautiful. Residential. Quiet. Great bus tram and underground system right by hotel. So many supermarkets, cafes, pharmacy and stores right in the same block. Nice morning buffet. An amazing pastry shop right in the hotel. Rooms are super clean. You get 2 free water and 2 free beer. Highly recommend.

ทำเลดีมาก สะดวกสบายสุดๆ ออกจากโรงแรมก็เจอรถไฟใต้ดินเลย แถมยังอยู่ใกล้แหล่งช้อปปิ้งใจกลางเมือง มีร้านอาหารจีนและร้านอาหารเอเชียให้เลือกเยอะมาก เหมาะกับการมาพักช่วงสั้นๆ

Fine. The location was good, easy to get to city centre by subway. Breakfast also fine but could maybe have done with more seating. Maybe needs a little bit of updating but was good value for what I paid. Check in and out very easy.

Apartamento bem localizado, algumas linhas passam a 5 minutos a pé. Estacionamento pago próximo usando o PAYUCA. Apto pequeno cama um pouco desconfortável, mas banheiro com ótimo chuveiro em pressão e temperatura. Tivemos um pqno incômodo na chegada pois o apto que tinha sido colocado a nós estava cheirando a cigarro mesmo sendo proibido. O rapaz da limpeza ia limpar novamente mas perguntamos se poderia trocar, eles trocaram na hora por um quarto um pouco menor mas nós atendia melhor. O novo quarto a cozinha não funcionava, uma boca não estava funcionando e a outra o botão inclusive estava quebrado. Mas como já tínhamos mudado é só vimos tarde da noite isso não quisemos solicitar novamente a eles. Wifi não tem. Equipe atende muito bem e rápido.
