The hotel has identity crisis. It is certainly not a four star. It’s posh hostel with en-suite rooms. The roof top bar is a nightclub the noise is insanely loud. People are screaming around the corridors at 1am and housekeeping are banging on doors and shouting before 9am.

This hotel is cozy and cool, very clean and in a strategic location.

Absolutely enjoy every minute in the hotel. Very clean, well equipped, lovely staff, great breakfast, comfy bed and free mini bar Great location with a great view. Highly recommended! The shower products are one of the best I’ve used in hotel chain. Will definitely come back

兩個訂單共住3晚，一個是大型中等房一個是中等，可是前台説他看到的房型是一樣的，想想入住算了，可是房間小到沒有靠背椅，沒有櫃子，沒有燒水壺杯子茶包，行李箱衹能在過道勉強打開，冰箱裏的飲料不補充，退房時照着名片打錯發票，還説衹能發郵件了，再溝通下來才給重打，還有奇奇怪怪的酒店內部裝飾🤡這就是1400多RMB一天的酒店，一顆星不能再多了

房間價格貴，但小的要死，櫃子都沒有，就一個板凳。前台業務能力極差，開個發票開了半小時，結果還是錯的，後續聯繫無數次要求幫忙修改，都無果

What a fun hotel! Would have really so much enjoyed my room if it had not been for the bathroom. There was so much mold in the shower, which didn't give me any confidence as to the cleanliness of the hotel in general. The room was too expensive to have to deal with mold.

This is unfortunately one of the nosiest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. When going on a city break you accept a certain level of noise from traffic etc but this was not the problem: 1. Rooms at the front of the hotel are 10 metres from basketball courts used by local teenagers. As a result they hang out until the early morning; playing music; bouncing the ball (which sounds futile but when it happens every 5 seconds until 4.30am it becomes wearing). 2. The rooftop bar seems like a draw of this hotel but as it is a hot spot for the general public it means the place just below your bedroom window is then the local hangout at 1.15am (kick out from the bar is 1am) for all the local, loud drunk people. These noise problems would be easily solvable should you be able to close the window; however as there is no air conditioning or fan in the room this is not an option if you want to survive the night without becoming a melted mess. The hotel itself is not noisy at all (we did not hear noise from other rooms or guests). The decor is general fun and the reception staff all very helpful (although be prepared to have a long wait every time you use reception as there is always a queue and each query seems to take a long time to deal with). The room was small but perfectly functional; the shower was fab. There is a sign in the room saying the mini bar is free but we avoided testing this out as they take a 50 euro fee when you check in.
