Hello my name is Jonathan my wife and I checked in to Marriott Auburn Massachusetts under emergency circumstances where I could not find either a handicapped apartment or home to lease for my wife and myself we paid all the pocket over a 9-month period over $32,000 from the day we checked in I was not sure how long we were going to be there because that depended upon us finding housing for my wife who has mobility difficulties upon checking in I asked the hotel about the Marriott points that would entire the last two a free night over 9 months I gave them $32,000 and never received even one free night upon talking with another couple who was staying there for a similar situation they had only been there a little over 3 months and when they told me they had received 15 free nights or more at that point I went in to speak with the manager it ended up where we were evicted after giving them over $32,000 and never even receiving one free night the other couple who the gentleman was a black man and his fiance who was pregnant with wife were also forced out of the hotel by the hotel in local police which was a fracture of their civil rights as a couple legally the police did not have the authority to remove them nevertheless they did the state police did not defend this couple nor the local police could never get a complaint into corporate they just did not seem to care I am writing this review to let you know that I would never recommend Marriott for anything the manager of that particular hotel treated both me and my wife and that of a couple in a way that should be criminal

ดิฉันจะให้โรงแรมนี้ระดับ 5 ดาว จากการต้อนรับและการบริการของ Carmen ที่แผนกต้อนรับเพียงอย่างเดียว เราจองห้องพักแบบ king suite จอง last minute แล้วโรงแรมค่อนข้างเต็ม ห้องพักมีทุกลักษณะของห้อง post covid hotel ห้องพัก มโนมัย ไม่ได้เป็นตู้เสื้อผ้า อุปกรณ์อาบน้ําติดผนัง (ยาสระผม ครีมนวด และครีมอาบน้ํา) ไม่มีสบู่ล้างมือ ไม่มีโลชั่นหรือเจลเน็ก ในความยุติธรรม ไม่ได้ถามที่โต๊ะ ทั้งๆ ที่เค้าเสนอตัวเลือกนี้ให้ Wifi ดีเยี่ยม เตารีด ที่รองรีด ไมโครเวฟ และตู้เย็นในห้องเรา ห้องออกกําลังกายขนาดเล็ก เปิด แต่ไม่ใช่บริเวณ ”สปา” อาหารเช้าเริ่ม 7 โมง และด้านหลังปิดประตู ดังนั้นอย่าไปแต่เช้า ของทานปกติแต่สดและเยอะ สถานีกาแฟด้านนอกซึ่งสามารถเข้าได้ก่อน 7 โมงเย็น พอ ou ออกจากโรงแรมให้เดินลง ”เนิน” เลี้ยวขวา แล้วเดินบนทางเท้าใต้สะพานลอย จะเจอ Bentley's Pub เดินไปได้สวย (5 นาที) บริการเยี่ยม และใจดี อาหารอร่อย

ที่นี่เริ่มแสดงอายุหลังจากมีการปรับปรุงเมื่อไม่กี่ปีก่อน เราเพิ่งเข้าพักห้อง 109 มีปัญหาหลายอย่าง ประตูบานสองบานในตู้เสื้อผ้าหลุดจากราง พยายามแก้ไขเองแต่ไม่สามารถเอากลับมาใส่ได้ ห้องพักสะอาด ห้องน้ําสะอาด ห้องน้ําสะอาด ห้องน้ําสะอาด ห้องน้ําสะอาด ห้องน้ําสะอาด ห้องน้ําสะอาด ห้องน้ําสะอาด ห้องน้ําสะอาด ห้องน้ําในตัว ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา อ่างล้างหน้า ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา อ่างล้างหน้า ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา อ่างล้างหน้า ติดขัด ประตูบานสองบานในตู้หลุดจากราง พยายามซ่อมเอง แต่ไม่สามารถเอามาใส่กลับได้ พัดลมระบายอากาศในห้องน้ําใช้งานไม่ได้ อ่างระบายช้าจนยืนน้ําอยู่ไม่กี่นิ้วขณะอาบน้ํา พื้นฝักบัวลื่นสุดๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ประตูห้องน้ําคั้นค่อนข้างดังเมื่อขยับตัว ห้องมีกลิ่นบุหรี่จางๆ น่าแปลกใจสําหรับตึกปลอดบุหรี่ 100% แต่ลูกค้าสูบบุหรี่แค่นอกประตูทางเข้าจึงมีควันซึมเข้ามา าม ไม่สามารถใช้ WiFi ในห้องเราได้ เนื่องจาก Laptop ของผมเตือนว่า ไม่ปลอดภัย และ ไม่ปลอดภัย - ปกติไม่ใช่ปัญหาที่โรงแรมอื่น โทรศัพท์ผมเชื่อมต่อได้ดี แต่ผมตัดสินใจใช้แค่ 1 เพราะเร็วและปลอดภัยกว่า ตอนเราเช็คอินพนักงานหน้า desk ใส่หน้ากาก แต่พอเรา check out น้องผู้หญิงที่ front desk ไม่มี mask ใส่ ทั้งๆ ที่แจ้งทั้งๆ ที่ lobby แจ้งว่าต้องใส่ mask พนักงานหน้า front desk พนักงานต้อนรับดี ๆ อาจจะไม่ใช่ความผิดของโรงแรมแต่ลูกค้าที่ดึงดูดของที่นี้คือเริ่มลงเนิน แย่มากเพราะสถานที่สําหรับที่นี่ค่อนข้างสะดวกและมีที่จอดรถที่ดี
