Staying at Novotel was a great experience, the hotel was nice loved my room!! Only few things I was disturbed how I asked for an iron & ironing board they kept taking it out of my room, when I needed it for my whole stay 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🙃!! Secondly the jacuzzi wasn't hot so I can enjoy on my last day of stay. Lastly there was no microwave in the room but a mini fridge??! Usually hotels come with both. Other then that the hotel was great, the food I had to adjust to & the front desk person that checked me in & out was awesome!! Great customer service.
We arrived to Cairo to stay at the marriot hotel, a former beautiful palace. Unfortunately and even though we were given a really nice garden view room, we had some problems (noises) with the bathroom pipes during the night. Nevertheless the following day we explained the problem and we were not only changed without any question but offered an even better room! Thanks Qamar for all your help! This is what a 5 star hotel should be!

Picture perfect hotel, it was my first night in Cairo, and I didn't even realize at the time how good I had it. Compared to other properties, even other Marriott group properties this one is above and beyond on food and service. Location is beautiful, they awarded me early check in and late check out. As a Titanium Elite they upgraded me to a beautiful room, though I did use a suite night award for it, but it was epic. Room service was very nice, indoor pool and outdoor pool very nice. Indoor pool is amazing just beautiful, feels like your swimming somewhere very unique. The spa facilities can use also the sauna, jacuzzi (many options) overall a great hotel, and would definitely stay again in Cairo. Wish I stayed longer.
I will share to all my families and friends
What an amazing and luxurious hotel it is. We enjoyed our one week stay and had one of the best experiences ever in Cairo. It all started with meeting Nabil the doorman with his beautiful smile and then with Yousef at the reception desk who helped us with our check in. Mostafa and Arafa from the house keeping, made our stay amazing with paying attention to details with their beautiful smile and attitude. Also Ibrahim as well made it a pleasant experience. To top it up Hashem the house keeping supervisor also made sure our needs are met and everything is to our liking. Abdullah El Sayed, ohhh ohhh what an amazing guy he is. Every morning made sure we are taken care off from our coffee, juices to making sure I have my specialty Egyptian breakfast made up to my likings. Fresh Iskandarani fool, taameya and to top it up feeteer meshaltet with 3assal. WOWWWW. Abdullah made sure to remember my type of coffee without asking (decaf coffee). Also Amr did an amazing job taking care of us when Abdullah is serving other tables. Sayed Farouk the lounge supervisor also made sure to receive our feedback with a great attitude and smile and we really enjoyed our conversation with him. Ayman, with his amazing smile and shisha, always made sure we are hooked the whole evening and with our couple visits to the restaurant. The pool team were unbelievable from Mohamad to Ayman with all the time amazing smile to Sameh at the aqua restaurant. These guys made our stay at the pool so great with paying attention to everything we need. The spa team were also amazing from Lobna to captain Hassan. The service was more than we asked for. Sameh Mahrous, what an amazing person he is with his beautiful smile and great talk we had. He is always there every afternoon at the lobby taking care of the customers and their needs. To top it up, we also received a follow up phone call from the hotel after 2 days to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. The Nile Ritz-Carlton Cairo is an amazing hotel with top notch service. Keep it up team and I hope to see you all again very soon.
This hotel was fantastic. My entire family was sad to leave. We could have stayed another week. The rooms are beautiful, the beds luxurious, the restaurants fantastic. The restaurant Saigon was out of this world. Make sure you order the sushi. It’s quite a presentation. Our waiter and busboy were attentive and nice. The belly dancing show at night was so much fun to watch. I really appreciated the bouncer and manager accommodating us and helping us get into the show the first night we arrived. If available, try and get a room associated with the fairmont gold lounge. The breakfasts are out of this world and the happy hour can substitute for dinner since there is so much food. Everyone remembered our name. Special thanks to Amir, Mohammed, salma, salma and abanoub for making us feel welcome everyday. Last but not least, the teenagers loved the rooftop pool and spent many hours there everyday. The staff were super attentive to them and catered to their daily multiple smoothie orders. Like to thank Mahmoud, Mohammed, walid Salem, moustafa ,and mohy for taking great care of them everyday. We toured some of the other nice hotels, but in my opinion, this one was the best and most beautiful. Egypt has been on my bucket list for 15 years. It was a fascinating city with so much rich history. We were well taken care of by our your agency, seeegypt tours. . Would highly recommend them for all your needs around the city. Thanks to all the wonderful people we encountered that made our vacation extra special.

The hotel is a great place to recuperate and layover before flying out from Cairo International Airport. It’s easy to get to from terminal 3 via the link bridge. The staff are friendly especially Aziz who was exceptionally and helpful. We did a day trip before our flight in the AMs. The only problem is ordering an uber and getting it to come to the hotel lobby. I don’t know why but several drivers cancelled because the location picks up the arrival terminal instead of the hotel. The hotel has shuttles though that go to the city. Breakfast was also good and the staff was amazing. Peaceful atmosphere away from the airport lounges and chaos at the airport.

The room was older than in the photos and as a panoramic view of the Nile, we had a view of a slab on one side and construction on the other.

DDba RpaaI had a wonderful stay at the place. The place is modern, clean, and comfortable, with a great breakfast and friendly staff. The location is perfect, close to the City. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo.
ผผู้เข้าพักMy wife and I booked the ocean villas for a night as it was conveniently located near the airport and we only needed to stay a night before we departed Cairo! When we arrived at 1am for Aswan to check in to the hotel, surprisingly, we were asked to provide a marriage certificate. This was very surprising as I’ve never heard of a request such as this, and we had already been through Cairo earlier, staying at a different hotel. I explained that I don’t have a copy of our marriage certificate and because it was 1am in the morning, there was no way I could get something until tomorrow. The concierge proceeded to tell me that we would not be able to stay at the hotel and would need to find another hotel! Absolutely ridiculous! It’s 1am in the morning- where would we go to find a hotel. He then proceeded to show me that it is mentioned on their website- it took him 5 minutes to find this, tucked away in the crevice of their website. Absolutely shambolic hotel with such a strange rule! If you are very strict about these rules, you should make sure that it is within the description of your hotel and you shouldn’t have to spend 5 minutes to find this tucked away under a separate tab. He finally agreed to let us stay, if I booked a room- but not any type of room- they only had a “family king suite” available- ofcourse it was the most expensive room. About the hotel- rooms are basic- my AC did not work, but after all the arguing and delays of getting our room, I couldn’t be asked to get the technician to come out at 2am to fix the AC. My wife was absolutely bewildered and shocked about everything and hardly slept a wink- we haven’t slept separately in 10 years I would certainly avoid this hotel
WW_H0883The hotel is basic but very fair considering the price point. It is also very close to the airport and there are many supermarkets around the area. I recommend this place if you search something to be close to the airport. The host is extremely friendly and takes good care of his guests.
