This condo also includes a brand new full sized washer and dryer in a separate laundry area. The bedroom features a brand new king sized bed and Serta mattress for a comfortable nights sleep and personal TV with ROKU. The master suite also includes a doorway straight to the patio to sit and watch the lake and listen to the water gently lap and relax you. The living room area is spacious with a couch, sitting area, and 50 inch flatscreen ROKU TV...just in case you get tired of looking at the gorgeous lake view. We also provide Philo streaming TV which has approximately 60 channels. Enjoy the fresh air and lake views while grilling outside on our new electric grill. A code will be provided prior to arrival with instructions for using the keyless lock that will be used for the duration of your stay.LIVING ROOM: Opening directly from the front door (and rear patio door) the living room features a comfortable sofa near an old time wood-burning stove that is perfect for cold Fall, Winter, and Spring nights (limited firewood and starters are provided).
