I had mixed feelings about this hotel: -Very spacious room/suite and comfortable bed. -Nice places to hang out in the hotel with nice views. -Staff was very friendly But: -Poor isolation. We got awaken by loud music from neighbors’ tv at 6 AM. We heard everything as if the speakers were in our room. -Disappointing breakfast (only toast and fruits). Overall good experience, but could be better for a 4-star hotel.

It was nice to spend a vacation. We stayed in the ocean front view room, so we just stayed in our room the whole day. Some of our room's amenities were not working at all... the scale and stand right.

Buen servicio, me dejó a desear muchísimo la comida, más de 2 horas de espera para los restaurantes, el de sushi muy rico y el de carnes también después de la espera lo demás no me gustó la playa muy bonita siempre fue bandera roja la vista muy bonita desde el cuarto vi el amanecer. Calidad precio está bien a secas.

Zimmer sind mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet - Mexikanischer Standard, Dusche zum Teil mit wenig Wasserdruck. Matratzen super, das Frühstück ist sehr fettig, viel frittiertes, für uns eher ein Lunch. Da geht auf jeden Fall mehr.

Instalaciones buenas, bien la comida y servicio en restaurantes y limpieza.  2 puntos negativos. 1) Te acosan a la entrada y salida para venderte un tiempo compartido disfrazado con otro nombre, haciendo mencion ellos que es programa vacacional 2) El área de la playa en época de bodas no te permite disfrutar, ya que los fotógrafos se apropian del lugar sin siquiera pedir permiso, situación que se reportó y pues no hace nada el hotel.

Everything was good. We loved the Mexican restaurant especially a man who brought breakfast got mad at me, telling me to make space for the food. There was clearly plenty of room and it wasn't even messy, but he yelled at me with all sorts of commands for no reason. It felt like he was taking it out on me, so I felt bad, but other than that, overall the stay was okay.
