Najlepszy hotel w jakim do tej pory byłem w Azji , powiem szczerze że obsługa znakomita. Śniadanie wypasione , chyba najlepsze jakie jadłem. Pokoje mega ładne i nowoczesne oraz duże. Obsługa mega pomocna i miła. No po prostu hotel sztos. Polecam
The yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there.
I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .
The rooms were clean and specious. Food was excellent.
Sweeming pool was small in size ..
It was **** on first day of my stay due to cleaning after Holi and even on the second day it was smelling very high due to chlorine .
Other than pool everything was fine. If you have kids ***** and pool is a key requirement go for other options nearby
