For a 5 star hotel I must say they are just ok staff were Okish we was not allowed to be at the bar in swim wear even though we were staying at the hotel and the outdoor pool was closed, beach area was closed being fixed and indoor pool had no area to consume drinks or else

โรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดที่ฉันเคยพักมาพนักงานทุกคนยอดเยี่ยมตั้งแต่แผนกต้อนรับจนถึงพนักงานบาร์ฉันไม่สามารถตําหนิโรงแรมที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจนี้และห้องพักของฉัน ahhhh ห้องพักของโรงแรมวิวที่ดีที่สุดเป็นเพียงคําพิเศษเท่านั้นไม่สามารถอธิบายได้ว้าวว้าวว้าวจะกลับมา อีกครั้ง Hotel Plaza ภูมิใจคุณคือที่สุด

ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมสะดวกมาก อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย บริเวณสระว่ายน้ำดีเยี่ยม มีชายหาดอยู่ใกล้ๆ ฉันชอบที่พนักงานโรงแรมรับและนำสัมภาระไปที่เรือเฟอร์รี่ ควรเลือกห้องที่มีวิวทะเลเท่านั้น เพื่อไม่ให้ผิดหวัง เพราะวิวจากโรงแรมไปยังทะเลนั้นสวยงามมาก

The hotel in located is just 20 mints walk from old town. It is close to resturants, supermarket, bus stop and it is right next to joker mall. Rooms are big. The hotel has indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room at free of cost. Staff is very helpful specially the gentleman in evening shift was very helpful. Normally parking is paid but he did not charged us for parking. The only issued we had was with AC. It was not working properly bur after they fixed it, it was good. I also think room carpet needs to be changed. Buffet breakfast was pretty good with varities of options.
