แผนกต้อนรับบริการดีมากและช่วยขนสัมภาระ ห้องพักสะอาดเป็นระเบียบ อยู่ใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟมาก มีบาร์ห้องใต้ดินซึ่งดีมาก ฉันขึ้นรถไฟสายเกินไปที่จะทานอาหารเช้าในตอนเช้า แผนกต้อนรับยังช่วยฉันเตรียมอาหารเช้าและนําขึ้นรถไฟ

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. Overall, it is a nice hotel, probably it was constructed a couple years ago. Breakfast was OK. The room was clean. Swimming pool is available. Location is near the canal though it’s not in the city center. If you want to visit attractions in the city, you might need to use Taxi as there is no public transport system that connects that touristic center to the city.

We arrived at 12:30 and Asadbek from the front desk offered us an early check in. The hotel look new and has great amenities. However, when we went down for breakfast / food at 10:15am, we learned that there was no food served between 10-11 am in their restaurant, even though the restaurant claimed to be 24/7 🤷♀️ The room also jumped fuse twice (once a day) , but the engineers came immediately to fix it. Overall, a solid 4 star hotel.

Отдыхали с супругой с 27 по 30 апреля. Отличное расположение недалеко от достопримечательностей Самарканда. Шикарный номер. Предупредительный и вежливый персонал. Вкусные завтраки. Одним словом всё прошло выше моих ожиданий👍

I really liked this hotel. Big room and super clean. The beds super comfortable. They have a bar, coffee shop, restaurant inside the hotel.They also have stuff for your phone if you need to buy. I just stayed one night and I missed the breakfast but I read it is good. They provide lots of amenities. Big closset, iron, dryer, water, kettle, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, a comb, ear plugs, cotton pads, etc...Overall was a very good experience. It is in the Registan stret so you get to the Registan Square by walking. Helpful staff and friendly.

Great hotel. I had an Executive King room and I really enjoyed the executive part of it. Executive rooms are situated on the floors 15-18 for better views and also the complimentary access to the executive lounge from 8.00 to 20.00 hours is included in the price.

โรงแรมยอดเยี่ยมมาก ห้องพักสะอาดมากและมีทุกสิ่งที่คุณต้องการภายใน อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบคอนติเนนตัลและดีมาก บริการของโรงแรมดีที่สุด ฉันสนุกกับการพักที่นี่มาก มีสิ่งหนึ่งที่น่าเขินเล็กน้อยคืออยู่ไกลจากใจกลางเมือง แต่ Yandex สะดวกมากที่จะไปไหนมาไหนในเมือง โดยรวมแล้วฉันชอบมากและจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอนในครั้งหน้า

Stayed here for 3 nights, the reception is really helpful and friendly. The room was huge, beds are comfy & breakfast spread was nice. There’s a small incident where when I checked in I asked the reception how do I use the laundry service, and he gave me wrong information which ended up they didn’t do my laundry and I was out of clean clothes. I called the reception at 7pm (the laundry is closed) and they quickly send someone to collect the laundry from me & send it back to me, cleaned the next morning at 8am. But actually the laundry service is only available 10am-6pm. Glad that they took a swift action on this matter!
