โรงแรมสะอาดและทันสมัยมาก สระว่ายน้ําบนชั้นดาดฟ้าที่สวยงาม สิ่งเดียวที่ฉันจะบ่นคือกาแฟในมื้อเช้า รสชาติมีน้ํามากและไม่แรงอย่างที่ควรเป็น นอกจากนี้ ม้วนอบเชยที่ฉันซื้อจากร้านอาหารก็ไม่สด

Great service . They are always friendly and helpful. Food is best I had in years if I compare another hotels . And bug bonus is that the kit hen also make food on demand . So if not on menu they do on request and it is worth to pay some extra money. Only downside is that trip.xom do not mention that beside the 30 peso terminal fee . And then on tge another side you need to pay 120 peso tourist tax . And as last 300 peso each person to go to the hotel. But for sure I will go back there

We had a free upgrade to a magnificent 2 floor villa, fully equipped with luxurious room amenities . The most luxurious category at Nacpan hotel. Beautifully located frontbeach to NacPan Beach . Beautiful direct sunset every evening . Only inconvenients: terrible tiny pool with water full of dead leaves. Overcharged food ( 30$/ pizza). Very far from anything and no currency exchange counter nearby , unless you come back to El Nido in a private van ( 50$ one way) . Other inconvenient: our villa is adjacent to another villa occupied by very noisy american tourists who at 4 AM every night , all wake up , loudly speak and scream and laugh !! . As the wall is not adequately isolated, the noise from these people is very annoying and prevent us from sleeping !!

Room is clean, with friendly and nice staffs. Located just opposite the public market whereby you can get lots of fruits, vegetables etc. There are nearby supermarkets n small malls where you can get snacks and necessities. Also walking distance to SM mall. It is nearby the airport too. By tuk tuk it cost you 150 to get go airport. Walking distance to Baywalk where you can enjoy sunset and nice seafood dinners. Or relaxing stroll along the busy baywalk. Paid 300 to get to the other side Sicsican where Ka Joel, baker’s Hill, etc are.

The hotel was nice and clean, but unfortunately the receptionist that welcomed us doesn't speak good English, and it was difficult to communicate. The second disappointing aspect was about the pick-up at the airport. It seemed included in the price ( that's why I booked with them), but at the very end they told me that it was until 17, and we arrived at 18, so they asked for 3000 RMB. That could be okay, if the hotel would be very far from the airport, but once there we realized that it was 5 minutes. The price they asked for was far too high.

Very nice hotel , very professional service , excellent staff - I visited more than 5000 hotels all over the world and I can assure that quality of this hotel ( 3 stars ) is more then usually .

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก เพียง 5 นาทีจากท่าเรือและใกล้กับใจกลางเมือง ค่ารถตุ๊ก-ตุ๊กอยู่ที่ 30 เปโซต่อคน แม้ว่าจะไม่มีร้านค้าดีๆ มากมายในใจกลางเมืองก็ตาม การบริการดีมาก สุขอนามัยดี และมีสระว่ายน้ำถึง 3 สระ รวมทั้งสระเด็กด้วย แผนกต้อนรับดีมากและริเริ่มเพื่อช่วยให้เราติดต่อบริการเชื่อมต่อของโรงแรมถัดไปซึ่งราบรื่น อุปกรณ์อาบน้ำค่อนข้างพื้นฐาน ไม่มีครีมนวด คุณภาพแชมพูไม่ค่อยดี และแอร์ที่หน้าต่างในห้องดังเกินไป ฉันตัดสินใจพักที่นี่เพื่อความสะดวกในการไปทะเลเท่านั้น ไม่มีชายหาด แต่โรงแรมอื่นในบริเวณนี้ไม่มีชายหาดตั้งแต่แรก ร้านอาหารมีขนาดไม่ใหญ่นักและอาหารเช้าก็ค่อนข้างเข้มข้น โจ๊กสามประเภทก็ค่อนข้างอร่อยและขนมอบก็ค่อนข้างดีเช่นกัน

หอพักมหาวิทยาลัย/University บางส่วนกลายเป็นโรงแรมที่มีการลงทุนน้อยที่สุด ผลที่ได้เป็นบวกเป็นหลัก โรงแรมถ่ายรูปมาก เลยทําให้รู้สึกประทับใจว่าดูหรูหรากว่าที่จริงมาก.. ฉันมีช่วงเวลาที่ดีพนักงานเป็นมิตรสะอาดล้อมรอบด้วยพืชสีเขียวและทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงาม อย่าปล่อยให้ชื่อโรงแรม Palacio หลอกคุณอย่าคาดหวังวังโรงแรมเรียบง่าย แต่สะดวกสบาย ทําเลที่ตั้งก็อยู่นอกเมืองซึ่งไม่มีปัญหาสําหรับฉันเพราะฉันได้จัดมอเตอร์ไซค์ล่วงหน้าระหว่างการเข้าพัก 7 วัน สําหรับผู้ที่รอระบบขนส่งสาธารณะจี๊ปนีหรือแท็กซี่สามล้อ สถานที่เช่น Baywalk อยู่ไกลออกไป รถตู้ที่ฉันจัดไปสนามบินในตอนเช้าและพนักงานต้อนรับกําลังรอฉันตรงเวลา ทุกอย่างเรียบร้อยดี คาดหวังว่าจะมีทรัพย์สินระดับ 3 ดาวคุณจะไม่ผิดหวัง

สี่คืนสุดท้ายของเราในสวรรค์ห้องว่ายน้ํานั้นน่าทึ่งมากเราใช้สระว่ายน้ําเป็นเวลาหลายชั่วโมงและดีที่มีดาดฟ้าและทางเข้าของเราเอง เรากินอาหารทั้งหมดที่นี่รวมอาหารเช้าดีมากตัวเลือกขาดเล็กน้อย แต่เราพบว่ามีเพียงพอที่จะกิน อาหารเย็นที่นี่เพราะเราขี้เกียจและไม่อยากออกไปข้างนอก อาหารอร่อยไม่อร่อย แต่ดีไม่เหมือนเดิมเสมอไปในวันถัดไปก็แปลก! ชายหาดดีมากน้ําขึ้นน้ําลงหลายไมล์ดังนั้นจึงมีสถานที่ให้เดินมากมาย สถานที่นวดนั้นยอดเยี่ยมเธอทํางานได้ดีทุกข้อผิดพลาดของฉัน แต่ฉันไม่แนะนําร้านทําเล็บเป็นพื้นฐานมากไม่มีให้เลือกสีมากเธอมาสายแล้วเมื่อเธอมาถึงเธอต้องกลับบ้านเพื่อหาเครื่องมือที่เธอลืม พนักงานของโรงแรมมีประโยชน์มาก บาร์ริมสระก็ดีและมาร์คทําเครื่องดื่มแฟนซี!
