I love how close the place is to so many food hub. The place was clean and staffs are nice. The only thing I didn't enjoy was how close our room is to the reception so we can hear people havin conversations all the time. But overall stay 👌 will def come back.

I think i booked deluxe room, during holidays. i didnt get room with nature /garden view. The hallway was so loud i can hear the people walking and fixing on next door. Its beautiful hotel but it requires a lot of fixing, the gym, the wellness spa which tagaytay /batangas are knowned . The roofdeck jacuzzi is not fixed, white walls turned into yellow . But i still love the vibe. I love nature , gardens.

The food was delicious with a great variety, and everything was well prepared. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help, which really made the experience even better. The amenities were excellent, well maintained, and added a lot of comfort to the stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Not bad.. but the bath towel was super old like they still serve it or use it to a guest even if theres already a hole. The water is not refillable only once. The bfast location for xmas is not good it was too small. Sometimes the food is ok but for dec 25 which is most liket lots of guest the menu is not giving.

This hotel is very accommodating and the staff are very friendly.

We had a really nice stay overall. The amenities were clean, complete, and well-maintained, which made our experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff were accommodating and the place had a pleasant atmosphere. I just hope that next time there will be Netflix available in the rooms for added entertainment, and maybe more affordable room options with a balcony to enjoy the view. That would definitely make the stay even more perfect.
