Otel in odası ***et güzel görünüyordu içeri girdiğimiz anda keskin bir koku vardı . Tıkayıcı bir koku daha sonrasında kokunun banyo giderinden geldiğini fark ettim lavaboya yada banyo ihtiyacı için her girdiğimde midem bulandı cidden , gece yoldan geldiğimiz için sabah geç kalkacaktık ama yan odadaki Arap müşteriler bağırarak telefonda konuştuğu için uyku zehir oldu . ( Duvarlar ince , Kapılardan da çalışanların ve konaklayanların sesi geliyor )

เรามาเที่ยวตราบจงเป็นครั้งแรก พนักงานให้การต้อนรับดีมาก เราได้เจอเรื่องยากนิดหน่อย แต่พนักงานมีประสิทธิภาพมาก ภายใน รัตนทอง ช่วยเราแก้ปัญหา พนักงานที่ห้องอาหารก็ดีมาก ขอให้ทุกคนมีชีวิตที่มีความสุข

พวกเขาทักทายด้วยเสียงหัวเราะในล็อบบี้ พวกเขาให้ห้องที่สวยงามเพราะโรงแรมมี โฟกัสค่อนข้างสะอาด อาหารเช้าที่ Sanah อุดมสมบูรณ์และฉันจะปลอดภัยเสมอ

الغرف جميلة والإطلالة زجاجية جميلة لكن يعيب الاطلالة انها نافذة بفتحة محدودة وليست شرفة الإفطار متواضع اجمل ما في الفندق في الاستقبال الاستاذة ميسم، متعاونة جدآ وذوق في التعامل اشكر الفندق على اختيارها

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

ทําเลดีมาก การบริการ พนักงาน และวิว ถ้าเห็นวิวมหาสมุทร ร้านอาหารใสและอร่อย ห้องพักสะอาด น่าพักผ่อน ข้อเสีย ข้อเดียวคือเครื่องทําน้ําอุ่นในห้องมีกลิ่นเหม็น อยากให้ทางโรงแรมเปลี่ยนให้ 1

İş gereği 2 gece konakladım. Personel güler yüzlü,odalar geniş,kahvaltı iyi. Fiyat-Performans güzel. Konumuda Havalimanına 2 dk mesafede.Yine gelirsen hiç düşünmeden yine Kalırım…

The hotel have NO LIFT and we are given room at third floor. It was surprising that such an important information is missing to mention anyin the booking process. I do not know the process of listing hotels on trip.com but this information certainly should be there. The room was comfortable however there was small opening at the corner of the room thru which noise was coming at night disturbing our sleep. On asking the reception guy said it is purposely kept for some wifi etc, for me the reason doesn't make sense.

Great place to stay, it was the best stay l had in turkey. The staff were friendly, helpful and can speak English. The view is mesmerizing, the location with its surroundings makes you forget that you are near the city. Once you enter the place you feel like you are in a secluded paradise with its beautiful landscape, architecture, views, hiking trails and much more. Also the idea that the restaurant is down stairs directly on the sea is amazing. Breakfast was great, one of the most enjoyable meals I had in a while. Last but not least ,I booked a duplex room and they upgrade us to a private cottage. Thank you for everything, we will be back for sure.
