Op onze kamer was de verwarming niet goed en de wc bril zat heel erg los. Toen wij dit aangaven werd er goed actie ondernomen. Dit was gewoon goed. De bediening was ook netjes en vriendelijk. Het diner in het restaurant daarentegen was zeker niet goed. Basis gerechten waren al behoorlijk aan de prijs moet je groente en aardappelen of patat bij bestellen. Dan wordt het erg prijzig. De porties waren erg klein en gedeeltelijk niet op temperatuur. Echt een afknapper. Hotel dus goed, restaurant qua eten niet best.

I stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is in a good location. It’s close to the train station. The closest park is 6 min walk from the hotel. The amenities can be requested from the front desk. The room is small but sufficient for a one person traveler. The bed is a single bed and quite small. The bathroom is also small. The shower section is partitioned by a glass but it covers only 50%, so the water will splash outside the shower section when you take a shower. The floor is usually wet after a shower. At the lobby, there is a meeting section, you can have a business meeting there. Coffee is also free at the lobby. Recommended for business trip. Not many restaurants nearby, but there are many restaurants in the 10-15 minute walking range.

Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad in het hotel. We vonden alleen het ontbijt heel armoedig voor mij als glutenvrij persoon en de broodjes werden zo laat gebracht dat mijn gezin steeds al klaar was met eten en ik nog moest beginnen

Prima schone kamer. Enige nadeel was het gebrek aan Airco, verder beter dan verwacht.

Wat een fijn hotel met goede faciliteiten. Ik sliep hier met een vriendin omdat het in de buurt is van Royal Park Live in de tuinen van Paleis Soestdijk. Ideaal! De superior room had goede bedden, een ruime badkamer, een tafel om aan te ontbijten, een koelkastje voor ons drinken, een tv, airco en een klein buiten gedeelte. Ook hebben wij gebruik gemaakt van het wellness gedeelte van het hotel (sauna, stoomcabine en douches) en is er een binnenzwembad. De lunch in het hotel was ook zeer geslaagd en we konden onze auto gratis parkeren. Al met al echt een aanrader dus!

La ubicación es excelente, varios restaurantes y cafeterías alrededor y un Spar al lado y cerca del centro . El hotel limpio y tranquilo con café o té  gratuito. Todo perfecto . Seguro que volveré

The hotel staff was extremely helpful. The people were extremely nice and staff was super helpful. I forgot the charger and travelling solo it is quite a bad situation to be in. But the hotel staff was super supportive.

Decent sized room, reasonably priced. Although we didn’t have dinner there (attending a concert which ended much later than the dinner service), the option was available. Comfortable beds and pillows, bathroom had a generous sized walk in shower (very easily accessible for visitors with limited mobility. Although other guests had alleged issues regarding the renovation works, we were fortunate that this didn’t affect our stay. The hotel appears to have taken onboard earlier reviews mentioning tired decor - we can attest to the fact that the hotel are implementing some significant improvements. Friendly and welcoming staff. Would love the opportunity to return and see more of the area.

Average hotel. low sound isolation, so noticeable noise from other guests and terrace guests outside, earplugs were included. No air circulation in the room without opening a window, noisy ventilator was inside the wardrobe closest. Basic breakfast options. Great WiFi signal strength.
