We booked  at the very last minute and im happy that we choose The Marison Hotel located in the prime city of Legazpi . Rooms are spacious and clean and i really love the bed….its very clean, soft and big, felt like sleeping at home.  The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. Food was superb and restaurant’s service was excellent. Hotel had a nice atmosphere and we really enjoyed our stay, we will highly recommend The Marison Hotel to others.

the staffs are very accomodating and they will welcome you with a warm smiles and greetings from morning to evening. the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet are so good that my family enjoyed so much! the view and the ameneties are very good for the price! thank u for allowing my family of 4 to stay in your double bed without adding any fee! ❤️ we’ll sure be back again soon!

เราจองโรงแรมนี้หนึ่งคืนในเมือง Legaspi Opun เช็คอินที่แผนกต้อนรับและขอ 300 เปโซตามข้อตกลงโรงแรมฉันไม่รู้ว่าจะทําอะไร แต่ไม่ได้ระบุไว้ในการจองเราจองสองห้องดังนั้นเราจึงจ่าย 600 เปโซ ห้องสําหรับฉันสะอาดมาก ปัญหาเดียวคือไม่มีล็อคห้องน้ํา โถสุขภัณฑ์ทํางานไม่ถูกต้องและเครื่องทําความร้อน แต่สําหรับใครที่กําลังมองหาโรงแรมที่ถูกกว่าโรงแรมนี้ก็โอเคสําหรับการพักผ่อนเพียงคืนเดียวโดยรวมแล้วดีสําหรับฉัน

เป็นการพักที่ดี พนักงานเป็นกันเอง ห้องพักสะอาด และอาหารค่อนข้างดี

Thank you for the warm and accommodating hospitality during Dr. Jonathan's stay. During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

I booked for 3 persons per room, with 2 breakfast so I was expecting to pay only for the additional breakfast of the extra person (no extra bedding requested), but was asked to pay for the full extra person with breakfast and no senior discount. I may have misunderstood, but the booking choices via Trip were also misleading (2person/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3persons/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3 persons/room w 3 breakfast; I chose the 2nd option). Room service took a very long time, more than the promised 45mins. One of the assigned rooms had a broken doorknob that wasn't fixed since it was on one of the connecting rooms.

Upon arrival in the hotel we were warmly greeted and helped by the staff of the hotel, they very friendly and accommodating. Serrvice is utmoat excellence the only problem is that the rooms needs to be updated, it needs to be cleaned, restroom needs to be maintained. When we reached our rooms there are no towels and when it was delivered it is like beige already because it is too old. The food served is also decent, this hotel is nearby a good place with lots of reataurants out side. I hope they can update the hotel soon. They have such a good spot and it just needed to be renovated. By the way we saw a cockroach in the room also but again the staff helped asap. I will still consider my stay here very good because the people are really nice. And anyway the bed is not dusty. So all good.
