I stayed at Novotel Pekanbaru with my wife and children for a short staycation. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. My kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a great choice for a family getaway.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ห่างจากสนามบินไม่ถึง 10 นาที และมีบริการรถรับส่งสนามบินฟรี นอกจากนี้ยังมีร้านอาหารมากมายอยู่รอบๆ โรงแรม เช่น ร้านเบเกอรี่ และซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตอินโดมาเร็ต ห้องพักสะอาด มีวิวสวย (ต้องขอห้องชั้นสูงๆ) และน้ำไหลแรงดี ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือเครื่องปรับอากาศไม่เย็นพอในช่วงที่ฉันเข้าพัก และห้องค่อนข้างเล็ก หวังว่าโรงแรมจะซ่อมเครื่องปรับอากาศได้ บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าดีและมีให้เลือกหลากหลาย โดยรวมแล้วคุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่ายไปและเป็นการเข้าพักที่ดี

Stayed for 5 days 4 nights here. Concierge staff and reception were excellent. Hotel building is pretty dated and full of wear and tear. Water dripping from ceiling and caused wetness on floor, got worried, called and texted to their WhatsApp but no response, so waited at least half hour to send technician over. Spa massage was neither good nor value for money, 2x price from what you can get in SKA shopping mall. Housekeeping was great, managed to get some good nights sleep here

All good. Clean and renovated. Worth of money. Surely will be back.

Decent hotel, clean enough, comfie linen, staff are friendly but sadly the shopping mall next door is not the best. Walking distance to Living World shopping mall.
