It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering. The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust My room is over looking to the ocean and hills In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join All amenities are good products and work well. We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding. Specifically chose non smoking room when booking, but still somehow only smoking room left when I checked in. How are there still smoking room in this year I don't understand.

หนึ่งในโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดที่เราเคยพักมา ห้องพักขนาดใหญ่และสะดวกสบายพร้อมหน้าต่างบานใหญ่ที่มองเห็นวิวภูเขาหรือทะเลที่สวยงาม ยังไม่ได้ดูบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าที่มีให้เลือกมากมาย ไม่สามารถลองทุกอย่างได้ แต่ทุกอย่างที่เราลองรสชาติเยี่ยม พื้นที่สระว่ายน้ําสวย ยิมน่าจะดีกว่าถ้ามีแอร์

房間很大，床很大，但是床單清潔度不夠。下面的花園很美，泳池在負一層，早餐很不錯，有西式和本地的選擇。晚餐在餐廳吃，酒店人員服務態度很好。

We stayed here for 2 nights and were very satisfied. The service was very good, the hotel was clean, and there were many activities provided. My children were very happy to see the birds and fish that are well cared for at this hotel. I hope there will be many more hotels like this in Lampung so that Lampung can develop further.

Holiday Inn has a very good location, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. The rooms are spacious and very clean, which made our stay comfortable. I had a great stay at Emersia Hotel Lampung. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to an executive room, which made the experience even better. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The service throughout my stay was excellent—friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome. Overall, a great hotel with top-notch service. Highly recommended!
