การบริการและสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมดีมากและเย็น แค่พื้นที่จอดรถไม่เพียงพอ เนื่องจากยานพาหนะส่วนตัวที่นักท่องเที่ยวมาพักในโรงแรมต้องรับประกันตําแหน่งที่จอดรถด้วย ไม่ร้อนหรือฝนตก

Very noise in the night the room u stayed, had neighbor watching TV loud at 2am and called receptionist no one picked up, so i had to go over to the neighbors room to ask them lower down their tv noise!

การเข้าพักซ้ําและเสียงรบกวนจากการดําเนินงานลิฟต์มีเสียงดังเล็กน้อยสําหรับห้องพักที่สิ้นสุดด้วย ”8” Hotel รองรับเราด้วยการเปลี่ยนห้องอื่น ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดหน้าให้ในห้อง แต่หลังจากออกกําลังกาย พนักงานต้อนรับได้ให้ฉัน อาหารเช้ากระจายไม่เยอะแต่พออิ่มท้อง

หนึ่งในโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดที่เราเคยพักมา ห้องพักขนาดใหญ่และสะดวกสบายพร้อมหน้าต่างบานใหญ่ที่มองเห็นวิวภูเขาหรือทะเลที่สวยงาม ยังไม่ได้ดูบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าที่มีให้เลือกมากมาย ไม่สามารถลองทุกอย่างได้ แต่ทุกอย่างที่เราลองรสชาติเยี่ยม พื้นที่สระว่ายน้ําสวย ยิมน่าจะดีกว่าถ้ามีแอร์

We had a wonderful experience at the Novotel Lampung. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

I had a memorable stay with my kids! We stayed in the room in the 7th floor - the view is stunning! Kudos & special thanks to Ms. Maisya who made us feel very welcomed and took great care of us from check in and throughout our stay. We had fun with baby sharks, turtles, small fishes, etc. guided by Mr. Zul. We also had fun feeding the birds guided by a friendly uncle. Ms. Tarisa and Mr. Julio showed great hospitality towards the kids in the Kid's Club - they had a blast! All the hotel staffs also showed great care and personalized experience; for example, the restaurant staffs somehow mentioned my name when they greeted me, which gave me a real surprise - it shows that they care. They also tried to find out & remembered my kids names and helped them with the foods. The housekeeping staffs even wrote some nice notes for us. These small things really make a difference! Amazing job to the management for nurturing great and caring hotel staffs, who made our stay very enjoyable! It goes above and beyond our expectations. Really impressive!! I have stayed in quite a few 5-stars hotels in my whole life, but none of them can beat the hospitality provided by Marriott Lampung - it's simply the best. I'd recommend this hotel.

โรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยม ห้องพักทันสมัยสวยงาม เตียงนอนดี ห้องน้ำยอดเยี่ยม และฝักบัวน้ำอุ่นกำลังดี พนักงานเป็นมิตรและมีประสิทธิภาพมาก โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการเข้าพักที่น่าเพลิดเพลินมาก ฉันจะกลับมาอีก ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือการนวดที่สปา นั่นเป็นสิ่งที่แย่ที่สุดในชีวิตของฉัน หมอนวดแย่มาก เธอออกไปพักทานอาหาร จากนั้นก็เข้าห้องน้ำ และเล่นโทรศัพท์ตลอดเวลา พักที่นี่แต่อย่าไปนวดเลย !!

Amazing selection of breakfast. Room is new, clean, neat and tidy Don’t forget to ask for the mountain view from the corner room. The view is stunning. Service, cannot be better especially service from Mba Dwi from the restaurant and the receptionist who helped me during check in (forgot to see the name tag) Definitely recommended and will stay here again.

I had a great stay at Emersia Hotel Lampung. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to an executive room, which made the experience even better. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The service throughout my stay was excellent—friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome. Overall, a great hotel with top-notch service. Highly recommended!
