Buena atención, amabilidad del personal, esta fácil de llegar, con servicios de restauración cercanos. Por poner un pero no había en el baño algún elemento de jabón o similar salvo el jabón con dosificador. Espaciosa la habitación. Confortable. Acceso a la wifi y uso de ordenadores en la sala central, buen detalle. De hecho ya estuve alojado hace un tiempo. Me gusta mucho la zona, para andar , hacer monte.....

การเข้าพักโดยรวมค่อนข้างดี โลเคชั่นของโรงแรมดีมาก โรงแรมอยู่ติดทะเลนอกโรงแรม ห้องไม่ใหญ่มาก แต่มีทุกอย่างที่ควรมี ระเบียงดีมาก ตอนแรกคิดว่าระเบียงหันหน้าไปทางทะเลโดยตรง อันที่จริง มันเป็นเพียงส่วนเล็กๆ แต่ก็ดีพอ รูปที่ 1 ถ่ายที่ระเบียง พักราคานี้ค่อนข้างน่าพอใจ
มีเส้นทางเดินป่าที่สามารถมองเห็นวิวทะเลทั้งหมดซึ่งสวยงามมาก วิวทะเลและท้องฟ้ามีเสน่ห์มาก ขับรถไปเมืองประมาณ 20 นาทีก็ถึงแล้ว โดยรวมแล้วแนะนําเป็นอย่างยิ่ง
เนื่องจากเป็นทัวร์แบบขับเอง พอไปถึงก็เกิน 12.00 น. คนในบาร์ในโรงแรมช่วยหาคนจัดห้องให้เลย คนเช็คอินหลังเช้าต้องโทรหาโรงแรมล่วงหน้าเพื่อยืนยันหมายเลขห้อง

เรามาที่นี่โดยไม่มีรถและรถบัสจากบิลเบา มันไม่ง่ายเลยที่จะหาโรงแรมที่มีสระว่ายน้ําและใน LaGuardia ดังนั้นจึงทํางานได้อย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ พูดได้เลยว่าไม่ใช่สี่ดาว แต่สะดวกสบายและสระว่ายน้ําน่ารักมาก

A great hotel to your stay in Donosti. The place is really modern and I love the style (simplicity and beauty at the same time). Everyone in the staff was really nice, and the breakfast has a lot of variety (I really appreciate the healthy choices). The bedroom was simple but very clean and quite big. I will come back again, no doubt

La habitación con vistas al río es impresionante. Es maravilloso poder disfrutar desde cerca del precioso puente de Vizcaya y la bonita ría en la cual se pueden divisar diferentes deportistas haciendo remo y también observar algunos barquitos navegando.
La habitación es pintoresca con detalles modernos y otros más clásicos. Lo que más me gusta como dije es el balcón con vistas a la ría y la comodidad de la cama.
Buena TV , dispone de mini bar y cafetera con dos cápsulas de cortesía y abajo en el hall del hotel existe un ascensor antiguo en el cual dispone de café, chocolate y otras bebidas también gratuitas las 24 horas del día.
Buena atención por parte de l@s emple@dos ya que siempre fueron amables y con buena predisposición además todo estaba limpio.
Cuanto pueda volveré me sentí muy a gusto con todo 😃👍🏽

A very new & clean hotel.
Need to take a bus ride to old town via bus or cab.
Journey is abt 15-20mins.
Breakfast at the hotel was decent.
Bed was comfy but not the sofa bed, which can feel the metal frame when my kid sleep on it.
Relatively value for $ if don’t mind the bus journey. No amenities around the hotel.
Good for people who drives as there is free parking available.

ทุกอย่างดีหมด แต่ไม่ค่อยมีความสุขเพราะสภาพอากาศ ฝนตกทั้งสามวันเลยหยุดซ้ําแล้วซ้ําเล่า โดยเฉพาะตอนพยายามออกไปข้างนอกฝนตกและคิดว่าโชคดี โรงแรมมีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกและความสะอาดดี พนักงานเป็นกันเอง แต่ค่อนข้างไกลจากหาดคอนชา ค่อนข้างลําบากนิดนึงถ้าฝนตกหรือร้อนเกินไป แถมยังเรียกแท็กซี่ยาก

We have a wonderful experience walking up the hill and locating Avenida Hotel. The views are amazing and looking stunning up the mountain. Great location walking distance to the beach and city. Excellent services at reception and morning breakfast. Easy access to gym and swimming pool.

Мы остались очень довольны проживанием. Прекрасное соотношение цены и качества: разумная стоимость, отличное расположение — всё рядом, включая достопримечательности, транспорт и хорошие рестораны.
Сервис на высоком уровне: персонал приветливый, быстро реагирует на любые просьбы. Завтраки приятно порадовали — свежие продукты, хороший выбор, всё вкусно. Номера чистые, аккуратные, с приятным дизайном и всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха.
Единственный небольшой минус — звукоизоляция с коридором могла бы быть лучше. Если кто-то проходит мимо или разговаривает в коридоре, это слышно. Но если вы не спите допоздна и встаете около 8–9 утра, то это не доставит особого дискомфорта.
В целом — отличное место для короткой или длительной остановки. С удовольствием вернулись бы снова.

ผผู้เข้าพักNumad studios is actually more for long term stays or students, it did not feel like a hotel, which some may like.
Staying as a short term guest (3 nights) I anticipated to be treated more like a hotel guest i.e. a bottle of water in the room, more than one towel, an actual hook to hang the towel on.
Unfortunately what I didnt expect was scaffolding around the room, with men working on at my window level, banging. I provided feedback to a survey sent the first time impacted by the works, the next day we were woken at 8am by more works. This was check out day
I informed reception on leaving who said she would prefer us to tell her sooner to ensure our stay was to our satisfaction.
Whilst a nice thought, the first time was after a long hike (when feedback was provided immediately electronically) the second the morning of leaving. I doubt at that time there was much she could do. However it strikes me they should be aware of where works are going on, especially if worksmen will be on site in the vicinity of room windows.
Whilst it is very accessible to the city, this is really and out of town area of hospitals and technology offices/places of study.
The room was very clean, transport useful, but it lacked any atmosphere. I would stay here if you are in the area for work or study, otherwise a hotel nearer the city is best.
Additionally, the room we booked was not available we were provided, instead of a large studio, with essentially two adjoining rooms, which was a suitable alternative but a shame, particularly as those rooms were where the scaffolding was.

ผผู้เข้าพักI thought the sauna was included in our stay that’s why I booked the hotel.
When I’ve mentioned it to the staff about not having an additional cost to it when you book online, they told me is part of the spa . This is very confusing as if it was part of the spa why mentioning it and not including it in the spa section .
Spa and sauna are not the same and if it’s a cost to it , that should be mentioned.
Anything else was amazing . Also they don’t have a separate cost to the sauna only ! I just wanted to use the gym and the sauna , no spa though! There was no possibility to book the sauna without the spa.
It’s like 20 euros per acces not per day which I thought it’s a rip off especially when you are already booked with the hotel and you’ve paid for your room! Again staff showed no flexibility , it was either pay for something you won’t use or you don’t get it!
Ended up not booking it because I did not want to use the spa , and I thought it was a lot of money (20 euros) to pay for 15 min use of sauna only.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel is located in a quiet, scenic area up in the mountains, offering a peaceful retreat from the city. However, there aren’t many restaurants or supermarkets nearby, so planning ahead is recommended. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the hotel by bus from the city center or the train/bus station.
I loved the interior design of the room — it felt very refreshing and relaxing, with thoughtful touches that added to the overall comfort and ambiance.
Check-in can be a bit frustrating — during my visit, I noticed several groups of Asian tourists waiting, though I’m not sure what caused the delay. That said, the gentlemen at the front desk were all very helpful, and the hotel responded quickly to any requests.
Unfortunately, due to a packed schedule, I didn’t have the chance to try the hotel’s restaurant, which I hope to experience next time.

MM. SoA boutique hotel close to the Dona Katalina Zubia. There are two entrances to the hotel, the main one facing the road and the other entrance facing the Urumea River. Staff were friendly and always had a smile. The hotel is quite clean and everything is within 15mins walk. The amenities are limited, but there is a 24 hour reception and bar downstairs, a nice roof top sunbathing area and a gym. Please double check the other amenities listing when booking, as I don't recall seeing the Public Bath, Foot Bath and Clothes Dryer as advertise. I would also suggest to check the batteries of the remotes before someone check ins, as I had to request it to be changed and it wasn't available until the next day, more compliment bottles of water and dental kits (given there was 3 of us and only 2 bottles and 1 kit). Overall though, I enjoyed the stay and would come back again.
