Large room with terrace and a breathtaking view over the city and the sea! For me the best hotel in Algiers, great room service!

The service was okay. But there were some miscommunications regarding the hotel transfer, so we had to wait for almost 40 minutes before we decided to take taxi. Time wasted. Other than that, it was okay.

We booked the hotel before booking the air tickets, but letter got the air tickets a day before our arriving date , we sent several messages to the hotel's e mail address as well as to trip.com to adjust our booking.... none responded to our communications, we tried to contact the hotel by phone, but they do not respond too. with more frustration, when i showed the e mails copy at the reception counter (Hotel) the checked and informed that they have received the mails... did not even bother to give me any explanation for not responding to my request. My colleague and I, had to stay in a different hotel for 1 night and left AZ Hotel Vouge, D or a night before... this non - cooperation not only cost us USD 200 more but had to face a lot of trouble .

I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable. As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

Très bel hôtel, situé à 10min en voiture de l'aéroport et 5min à pied du centre commercial de Bab Ezzouar.

Le service est au top. La beauté de l’hôtel est présente mais seulement à l’extérieur. La chambre d’hôtel n’est clairement pas un 5 étoiles. Mais plutôt un 3 étoile. À l’arrivée le lit n’était pas fait et le drap housse avait des taches… la porte de la chambre était abîmée. Nous avions 1 seul peignoir pour 2. Et la qualité des meubles était vraiment moyenne.

Un grand merci au personnel extraordinaire tous soucieux du bien être des clients  J’ai adoré mon séjour au New Day et j’y reviendrai c’est sur ☝🏽  Encore merci et une spécial dédicace à Farid à l’accueil. Merci à tous

การเข้าพักโดยรวมถือว่าน่าพอใจ ห้องสวีทกว้างขวางและสะดวกสบาย มีบริการทำความสะอาดห้องพักทุกวัน แต่ก็ยังไม่ดีพอ มีเส้นผมอยู่ในห้องอาบน้ำ อุปกรณ์อาบน้ำบางอย่างไม่ได้เติมแม้จะใช้ไปแล้วเมื่อวันก่อน และมีฝุ่นบนโต๊ะข้างเตียงตลอดการเข้าพักโดยไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดเลยแม้แต่ครั้งเดียว ส่วนเรื่องบริการแผนกต้อนรับ เราต้องขอรองเท้าแตะและเสื้อคลุมอาบน้ำเพื่อเข้าใช้สปา รองเท้าแตะมาถึงหลังจากนั้นสองวัน แม้ว่าจะทวงถามไปหลายครั้งแล้วก็ตาม ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นถึงการขาดการตอบสนอง อาหารเช้าดีและมีให้เลือกหลากหลายเพียงพอที่จะเริ่มต้นวันใหม่ได้อย่างดี อย่างไรก็ตาม ทุกเช้าเราต้องรอประมาณ 25 นาทีสำหรับน้ำส้มคั้นสดธรรมดาๆ ซึ่งต้องจ่ายเงินเพิ่ม สระว่ายน้ำส่วนตัวที่มีระบบทำความร้อนเป็นจุดเด่นอย่างแท้จริง ในทางกลับกัน อ่างจากุซซี่เสียตลอดการเข้าพัก ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องน่าเสียดาย ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดี มีร้านอาหารและร้านค้ามากมายอยู่ติดกับโรงแรม ทำให้การเข้าพักสะดวกสบายและน่าเพลิดเพลินยิ่งขึ้น
