I caught the RV train from Helsinki, which was relaxing and a brilliant way to see the countryside. Arriving into Rovaniemi at 21:20, it was a short cab drive to the hotel,and with 24/7 reception checking was a breeze. Twin room 410 was well appointed, clean, and beds were comfortable; the room safe was easy to set and use. I appreciated the door chain for extra security and peaceful night sleep. Santas Hotel central location was excellent ,with the padestrian mall, shops, restaurants, and bars literally around the corner. Taxis could be found out front, and the santa/airport bus was only a short walk up the street. Though do pay attention to santa express pickup and drop-off times as they do not run that regularly. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone to enjoy! Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the Christmas decorations throughout the hotel made my inner child smile.😊 There are many attractions, so be sure to give yourself enough time to experience everything. I will definitely choose to stay again next time I travel to Rovaniemi. Sha, Sydney, Australia. 🇦🇺

The room is very nice and they have tour operated by hotel is also nice but we are unlucky to see the aurora, just see weather before you join the tour. Breakfast and dinner is included and good but not many choices. Just the hot water for taking shower need to wait 30mins after one shower, a bit inconvenient but staff is very friendly to told us before

The staff was really amazing, very friendly. I wasn’t very impressed by the room. The heating was not fully working, there were no basic amenities like a kettle, or even drinking water. Biggest concern was cleanliness as I asked for cleaning on one occasion and beds were poorly made, sheets weren’t changed, the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned as there a piece of paper on the floor which was clearly visible, tissues weren’t restocked and also one of the over covers from the bed was removed and just chucked over the ironing board which was absolutely horrifying to see. Food at the hotel was good and restaurant staff were also very helpful.

I'm so happy because our room is very clean.Especially, there is a bathtub in our room, we were so happy:) We wanna book again if we come back. But we just hope that we can watch Netflix or YouTube on the TV. We hope just about it!

The best hotel in kilpisjarvi, the room, the breakfast the parking is very nice, no complain at all

日本人です。 ヘルシンキ市内にあるLapland hotel にも宿泊したことがありますが、このホテルは本当に素晴らしいです。 サウナがある部屋に予約しましたが、サウナは最高で窓から見える景色は言葉にできないほど、綺麗です。 食事は全て美味しく、店員さんのサービスも最高です。 彼らは非常に経験豊かで、宿泊者の心を鷲掴みにしてくれます。 このホテルは本当におすすめです。 ロヴァニエミに訪れたら、ぜひ泊まってください。 I am Japanese. The following includes both English and Japanese for your reference. I have also stayed at the Lapland Hotel in central Helsinki, and it is truly a wonderful hotel. I booked a room with a sauna, and the sauna was absolutely fantastic. The view from the window was incredibly beautiful—beyond words. All of the meals were delicious, and the staff provided exceptional service. They are highly experienced and really know how to make guests feel welcome. I genuinely recommend this hotel. If you visit Rovaniemi, you should definitely stay there.
