ห้องพักค่อนข้างเรียบร้อยและสะอาด เป็นการออกแบบที่ไม่มีที่สิ้นสุด กระจกเป็นช่องระหว่างตู้เสื้อผ้าทั้งสอง และไม่สามารถปิดกั้นได้หากต้องการ ทีวีไม่ค่อยดีและฟังก์ชั่นมีปัญหา อาหารเช้าบอกได้คําเดียวว่าธรรมดามาก การผลิตของร้านอาหารสามารถพูดได้ว่าค่อนข้างธรรมดาและเค็มมาก
แต่ทิวทัศน์ที่นี่ยอดเยี่ยมจริงๆ ไม่มีอะไรจะพูด ฉันยังคงแนะนําโรงแรมนี้ ทัศนคติการบริการก็ดีมากเช่นกัน

เมื่อฉันเช็คอินในวันแรก ฉันรู้สึกผิดหวังเล็กน้อยกับทัศนคติของพนักงานต้อนรับที่เผชิญหน้ากับสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในห้อง เตรียมเปลี่ยนโรงแรมในวันรุ่งขึ้น แต่ที่เซอร์ไพรส์คือผู้จัดการแผนกต้อนรับและพนักงานที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในวันนั้นสะท้อนให้อย่างรวดเร็วกับค่าใช้จ่ายการรับส่งที่โรงแรมที่ฉันกล่าวถึงก่อนหน้านี้และได้ให้ทางออกซึ่งทําให้ฉันเปลี่ยนความคิดในการเปลี่ยนโรงแรมซึ่งน่าประทับใจมาก

The service and care I received from Old town suites Quito is the best that I ever received for all the hotels I have stayed. My flight arrived at Quito in the early morning around 6:40am, I got to the hotel around 7:40am, hotel front desk employee Francisco took my luggages, provided me power cord to charge my phone, and even gave me a delicious breakfast. I felt I have been welcomed into my new home in Quito.
The hotel provided milk, yogurt, bread, juice, cheese, eggs, ham, vegetables and fruits for making breakfast yourself or you can tell them ahead of time and they can prepare breakfast for you. I have had amazing experience in this hotel.
The hotel location is great and you can walk to old town attractions. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito.

Really enjoyed this beautiful hotel in Quito Historic Old Town.
Large comfortable rooms. Terrific Breakfast included. Nice restaurant with good menu choices. Best of all was front desk service. Especially Roger*

Good location - able to do birdwatching in the morning and afternoon from the hotel (we saw a toucan, hummingbirds, tanagers, flycatchers, and egrets). Did a separate birdwatching tour which was amazing. The hotel is a short taxi to the town and cable car for the waterfalls (which is recommended). The breakfast was tasty, the restaurant for dinner was great with a beautiful view too.
Marco was the best! He gave good advice for our daily itinerary that made sure we got the most out of our time in Mindo. We’re very happy with our stay and choice of hotel.

TTiffanyFalzonWoman didn’t recognize our booking but luckily found us a room anyway. Wasn’t what we booked, but at least it was a place to sleep. No amenities we could enjoy. No shower soap, closed pool, breakfast was scant. More like a motel.
