"We stayed here for the convenient access to the link light rail to the Seahawks stadium. On the plus side, it is only a block away, easy walk to the light rail station. The room was large with a comfortable king size bed. Check in was quick if not particularly personable. The room had a small refrigerator, desk with chair, tv, dresser, end tables and an armchair. There was shampoo, conditioner and soap. On the negative side, the room was not super clean. It was not visibly dirty at first look but there was some hair in the bath. The worst was the floor. It was a medium finished hard surface floor that looked clean but after walking around for just a few minutes, the bottoms of our socks were nearly black. If we stay here again we will bring slippers with hard soles. As mentioned, the bed was comfortable and sheets were clean but pillows were old with a slightly funny smell. While location was the main reason for staying here for us, it is a very sketchy area. We would not walk around here at night if not for the many other people coming back from the football game. The price and easy access to the light rail means we will probably stay here for future football games but we will come more prepared with slippers and our own pillows."
