ประสบการณ์การเช็คอินวันแรก:- แย่มาก การเช็คอินราบรื่นดี แต่พอเราออกจากลิฟต์ที่ชั้น 22 ทางเดินทั้งสายกลับอบอ้าวและชื้นมาก ไม่มีแอร์เลย หลังจากนั้น เราแตะประตูเข้าห้อง ห้องทั้งห้องก็อบอ้าวและชื้น ต้องใช้รีโมทเปิดแอร์ (แอร์ของที่นี่เป็นแบบเล็กๆ เหมือนที่ใช้ในบ้าน - มีอันหนึ่งสำหรับห้องนั่งเล่นและอีกอันสำหรับห้องนอน) หลังจาก 20-30 นาที คิดว่าห้องจะค่อยๆ เย็นลง...แต่ไม่เลย... พวกเราเริ่มเหงื่อออกในห้อง เพราะแอร์ไม่สามารถทำความเย็นให้ทั่วทั้งห้องได้เลย มีเตียงเดี่ยว 2 เตียงในห้องนั่งเล่น และเตียงควีนไซส์ในห้องนอน (ในเว็บไซต์ระบุว่าเป็นเตียงคิงไซส์และเตียงเดี่ยว 2 เตียง) เราไปที่แผนกต้อนรับเพื่อร้องเรียน เพราะแอร์เล็กๆ นั้นอ่อนเกินไปสำหรับพื้นที่ขนาดใหญ่ แม้แต่ห้องเล็กๆ ก็ยังไม่เย็นลงเลย ขอเปลี่ยนเป็นห้องที่เชื่อมต่อกันได้ พวกเขาเสนอให้เปลี่ยนเป็นห้องดีลuxe (เตียงเดี่ยว 2 เตียง) + ห้องสวีท (เตียงคิงไซส์ 1 เตียง + ห้องนั่งเล่น) ซึ่งเป็นตัวเลือกเดียวที่มี เราจึงตกลงและจ่ายเพิ่ม 700 ริงกิต พนักงานต้อนรับบอกว่าจะให้ช่างมาตรวจสอบเครื่องปรับอากาศที่ทางเดิน... สุดท้ายก็ไม่มีอะไรเกิดขึ้นอีก... เราสังเกตเห็นว่าเมื่อลิฟต์เปิดในบางชั้นตอนที่มีแขกเข้ามา ทางเดินจะอับชื้นมาก! เราได้ห้องพักที่ชั้น 15... ทางเดินอับชื้นไปหมดเพราะไม่มีแอร์ แม้แต่บริเวณแผนกต้อนรับยังเย็นกว่า ข้อดีอย่างเดียวคือทัศนคติของพนักงานที่นี่ ห้องที่เชื่อมต่อกันดีกว่ามาก แอร์เย็นกว่า พักผ่อนได้เต็มที่ 2 คืน รู้สึกปะปนกันไปกับโรงแรมนี้ เพราะทำเลดี มีร้านอาหารและร้านนวดอยู่รอบๆ สระว่ายน้ำดูดี โรงแรมดูเก่ามาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกก็พื้นฐาน การบริการทำความสะอาดช้ามาก เราขอหมอนเพิ่มแต่ก็ไม่เคยได้ จะไม่กลับไปอีกแล้ว

a great budget hotel find for anyone looking for a comfortable stay without breaking the bank. the room was really cozy. got upgraded for a bigger room for f.o.c and it came fully equipped with a tv, iron and kettle nor mineral water. as a muslim travelers, they also provide a clear qibla direction sticker. the aircond was superb too, really cold and perfect for a good night's sleep. the bathroom was the best part, it was clean and the water pressure was really strong which makes showering so refreshing plus most importantly, it has a bidet hose, which is a huge plus. the elevators are okay so no long waits. the staff are very friendly and welcoming also theres plenty of parking space, not to worry about finding a spot for parking. hotel location very strategic & located in the middle a city & convenience store for restaurants, i have to walk a little bit, but it’s a manageable distance. one minor downside, the room soundproofing isnt the best, i can occasionally hear noise from the hallway or outside the room. if youre a light sleeper, you might want to take note of that. overall i highly recommended for those who want comfort on a budget

(?) นึกไม่ออกว่าจะกินอาหารอิตาเลียนในมะละกาได้ยังไง แต่เราไปถึงตอน 21.30 น. ของวันที่ 1 ซึ่งร้านอื่นๆ ปิดหมด และพาสต้าที่เรากินก็อร่อยมาก เมื่อเทียบกับอาหารอิตาเลียนที่ดีที่สุดที่ฉันเคยกินมา

For two nights I stayed at the Central Melaka Hotel, it's convenient to go to food shops in front of the hotel, just cross the delicious food, Prata Bread, fried noodles, fried kwetiau, Tosai, pull tea drinks, halia tea and also coffee ☕️ you can also walk to Mortan village If you want to have breakfast at the hotel you can also .The hotel staff is friendly thank you

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The homestay was spacious, clean, and perfect for children. The host was friendly and helpful. Location is strategic, near Klebang and Taming Sari. The only thing is that this homestay doesn’t have a washing machine. However, there is a laundry nearby.😊 We really enjoyed our time here and hope to come back again in the future. Highly recommended!

Perfect place to stay! Near to town centre but not walking distance. Easy to find food nearby. Very clean and tidy apartment and toilets. Provide extra tissues and garbage bag. Also provide 2 extra foldable matress and pillow. Hair dryer, iron, washing machine (but couldn't find the detergent, sokay because i didn't use it) also provided. Easy to check in and got 2 key cards. Customer service also tiptop, easy to reach and fast reply. Refundable deposit also received at the same day. Very very very recomended to stay here.

The instruction to get to the homestay was easy and there were many parking lots. The room is very spacious and even had an arcade machine. The only thing that make my familiar feel a bit negative is the incident where when we were in the room, the cleaner (not sure what to call him properly) just open the door to bring in extra toilet rolls and trash bags. We were shocked and he claimed he didn’t know we already checked in. Later we checked the lockset and realise it cannot be secured from inside. Would be good if it is like hotel room, where the door can be secured from inside with a mechanic lock and a latch. The other thing is the kitchen window has no blind, so anyone at the corridor can look into the part of the house. While this is no big issue, but would definitely feel better if there is a blind to cover the window. Other than that, really no complain with the room, beds, tv, toilets, etc etc.

โดยรวมแล้วเราพอใจกับที่พักและบริการที่จัดให้มาก ทําเลที่ตั้งดีมากเพราะเราสามารถหาอาหารอร่อยๆ มากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียง ความสะอาดยังสามารถปรับปรุงได้ เด็ก ๆ มีความสุขกับสนามเด็กเล่นภายในบ้านและผู้ใหญ่สามารถเล่นเกมได้ซึ่งค่อนข้างสนุก จะจองอีกครั้งถ้ามามะละกาในครั้งต่อไป
