Very clean rooms; filling breakfast; very thoughful message during breakfast. I only had a problem with parking space; they can house 6 cars but if you park last, you may be called to move in order for others to move their car. Otherwise, I recommend 10/10!

Staff are nice. They should improve their breakfast choices. Gym area is not ideal since it has limited equipment, area is small, and no proper ventilation.

Location wise and accesible to malls and restaurants. The staffs are all professional and accommodating. I hope they will improve their room amenities like smart tv, it will’ be very helpful for travelers with toddlers. But still would love to come back. Thank you, Red Planet Hotel!

The hotel itself as a lot of potential. Right on the beach, with a nice terrace and in a quiet location not far from a few restaurants. However, it is very old and would need a full renovation. The rooms are spacious but the amenities are old. The headboard of our bed was full of termites and we could hear them behind us while we were sleeping. Therefore, the whole room was also full of flying termites. It was overall not that clean either. We stayed there for 4 nights and they never came to clean the room, not even the bathroom’s bin. On the last day, the bathroom started smelling like mold. The smell was very strong and we couldn’t do anything to change that. Also, on our last day, we were supposed to leave at 3:30am to go take our 4:30am ferry, the reception having organized a pick-up for us. However, we were woken up by the reception at 2:15am saying our pick-up was already here. The pick-up told us when we were telling him that we were supposed to leave at 3:30am to take the ferry at 4:30 that this ferry didn’t exist and we had to leave now, which we ended up doing. At the pier, when we saw that the 4:30am ferry actually existed, we texted the guy from the pick-up and this time he said that the hotel’s reception had told him to come pick us up at 2:15am. Anyways, I don’t know where was the problem and misunderstanding, but it was not the best way to start our day… To sum up, very mixed feelings about this hotel.

It has sex hotel vibes, but good location, very quiet and dark rooms good to sleep. Also perfectly clean, apart from the window.

The perfect location for me - very accessible☺️ One ride away if you want the night market/ halang halang; if you’re tired to go far; lots of restaurants to choose from; massage; salon; grocery - everything you need - just few steps away! Just read what they have inside the room and don’t expect too much but location wise, amazing! . Love that they have Laundry service too - same price as outside - rush😉☺️ Nice staff as well (including the guards☺️🙏🏽)

The place is family friendly. The atmosphere is really cozy. Its cold at night so you guys should bring a jacket ✌️The view from above is breath taking. They have 4 types of pools with an infinity view of the city of cagayan. They have a play area in the poll for the kids. My kiddos like it the most. It was a fun experience. The room is big and it has a balcony. Thank you.
