Advantages: everything is close, market, bus stop, inside the hotel is nice, disadvantages: small room, no tea, milk, hot water to drink tea, water pressure in the shower is weak, they don't serve breakfast. The staff are helpful but the room leaves something to be desired.

Disappointing that reception had an issue with my booking as it was booked via Trip and therefore showed a Dubai address which rid not match my address. Eventually sorted, but reception wasn’t particularly friendly. Ok location, quite far out from Kidlington/Oxford without a car. Nice room.

Lovely hotel in Banbury town with lots of original period features, very comfortable and close to many restaurant options. Also a great base to explore the Cotswolds. The entrance to the car park is extremely narrow so be careful when entering and leaving!

A special thanks to Emily for her excellent service. She responded to my emails quickly and handled my requests with great care. We had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful and thoughtfully prepared. The hotel has a charming, castle-like vintage style, and the surroundings are lovely. The breakfast and dinner and lunch were also great—highly recommended! Thanks again, Emily! We love staying at Voco! My 2nd time, love it!

Beautiful location on the canal but centrally places and easy access to railway station. Everything as expected for a Premier Inn. But booking through trip.com offered a better cancellation offer if needed.
