This has been my 12th stay in this hotel and I would still discover amazing things about Manila Prince Hotel. This stay I learned that they have a medical clinic 24 hours and I availed of the shuttle service to the nearby shopping mall for free. Food by Chef Bobby is delicious and the charm of their manager, Ms Bambi. We stayed her for more than a week now and will stay on for another booking. Also, a catholic church is 3 minutes away and I was able to attend mass.
The hotel is close to the airport.
The staff were polite and accommodating. Nearby fast-food restaurants such as Jollibee and Mang Inasal are located just across the hotel; however, you need to use an overpass bridge to get there. I found this a bit scary as there were homeless people sleeping on the bridge. Although there were police cars parked below, I did not see any officers present at the time.
The hotel room I booked was quite small and could barely fit my two pieces of luggage, but it was still manageable. The room was well-equipped with a hot shower, towels, toiletries, an electric kettle, and other basic amenities.
The only downside is that you need to walk and change elevators on the 5th floor if you’re going to a higher floor or if your room is located there, which can be inconvenient.
ผผู้เข้าพักExcellent location right in the heart of city CBD which is makati city. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and mall. If you are interested in night life it’s probably four minutes away from the hotel.. staff are there 24/7 to help you out with anything you need. Check in fast and easy. Large room and bed as compared to other hotels in the same area with the same price you get smaller room and not much in the bath room. With Berjaya you get face washer, hand towel and a soft bath towel. More plugs in the room to charge all ur devices. Cable tv, breakfast has lot to offer. my favourite staff is Mark he’s always available to render assistance.. many thanks to all the staff including the security team , restaurant staff and cleaning crews..
ผผู้เข้าพักIts so beautiful if u are having a bayview but the room small the carpet into the room was dirty and it has a gum the furniture with dents the bath room was okay but the bathub is so small and its only have hot water cant even make it warm but the service was good all goods at all they are kind and helpful to the customers❤️ btw the food was expensive inside i would recommend u can go outside to it and its more closee to 7/11 across to the street and burger king , mcdonalds.
JJazzy DGreat location in BGC, clean rooms, but noticeable smoke smell and average breakfast
We stayed at F1 Hotel Manila in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) as a family group and found it to be a convenient option right in the heart of BGC.
Pros:
• Location is fantastic — walking distance to Bonifacio High Street, Uptown Mall, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Perfect base for exploring BGC
• Rooms were clean and comfortable.
• Staff were a real highlight: concierge was friendly and helpful, security and floor staff were exceptionally nice and attentive.
Cons:
• The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke from the moment we entered — quite strong and unpleasant, especially for non-smokers.
• Breakfast was just average. The food selection was okay but nothing special, the breakfast room felt small and crowded for the number of guests, and there were long queues every morning for the coffee machine. It would have been much better if staff served coffee or added a second machine to reduce the waiting time.
Overall, a solid choice if you want to be right in the middle of BGC’s action and can tolerate the smoke issue (which hopefully gets addressed). The location and staff are the biggest strengths.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe place itself is good, but transportation is a big issue. During our 2-night stay, it was the rainy season, and getting around was very difficult. We asked the guard if they could call a taxi or help book a Grab, but they said none were available, which was not helpful at all.
We chose this place because it was advertised as being near BGC, but we couldn’t even go out during our stay due to the lack of transportation and the inability to book rides online.
The management should consider providing a shuttle service for guests, especially during bad weather, to improve the overall experience.
