Room: spacious and comes with basic amenities.
Cleanliness: average. The air con compressor is cherry mouldy and needs frequent cleaning for the damp environment.
Breakfast: simple buffet breakfast, should provide fresh salad instead of so many fried processed food.
Front office: SLOW and should improve on the service.
This was our second stay at the hotel, and the experience was just okay. The kids’ pool and city view were nice, but the service was poor. We had a frightening experience when we were stuck in the lift for 25–30 minutes. The lift seems old and not well maintained. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and ensures guest safety so others do not face the same situation. We also requested a small anniversary gesture—a heart towel design on the bed—a week before check-in, but it was not arranged due to a lack of staff. This was disappointing, as the request was made well in advance.
The room was ok. But unloading luggage from the basement parking was a problem for elderly people like us. Need to climb up the stairs to lobby. No lift available
