The hotel room is spacious for a solo traveller like me. It's close to the attractions related to the atomic bomb and walkable to hondori. You will need to take a bus from Hiroshima station to the hotel so if you are planning day trips, like to Miyajima island, it can be slightly troublesome.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel is amazing. They were so friendly, nice and helpful. They made reservations at restaurant that did not have online reservation system on the phone, since we cannot speak japanese. They also helped with everything: e.g. you can buy the cable car day and more days passes there.
YYolkieThe location is excellent, which is very close to the Shinkansen exit of Hiroshima station. The front desk is good in English and eager to answer different questions. I appreciate the large bed size and the mirror in front of wall-sided desk. Overall a good experience.
LLinussIt was a nice stay. We took a Junior Suite with the private onsen included.
The room is not huge, but has everything needed and is cozy enough. There are many amenities (in the pure Japanese hotel tradition) as well as a ”Yukata bar” in which you can choose your fav yukata.
The biggest perk of the room is obviously the private onsen, which is a truly hidden gem. Very relaxing with a nice seaview.
Staff was very helpful with the clogged sink (came just a few minutes after we called).
The dinner was an impressive buffet, with a wide choice of seafood both to cook (the oysters, abalone and other shells to be grilled were wow) and raw (ikura all you can eat). Besides that, there was a steak live cooking station, shabu shabu as well as sukiyaki.
Definitely a recommended stay!
MMariaDuring our trip to Japan we stayed in several hotels. Only this one corresponds to the declared class (4 stars) by international, not just Japanese, standards. Excellent location in the very center of the city, qualified and hospitable staff, a large light room with an ”urban” view from the window, all electrical equipment and plumbing in the room are in excellent condition, cleanliness reigns everywhere. It is obvious that all the employees of this hotel work - and work well - and do not just give all the guests ”service bows”.
