An sich ist das Hotel schön gelegen. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind alle sammt freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes Buffet (leider nicht an allen Tagen, scheinbar je nach Auslastung). Was jedoch sehr stark gestört hat ist das selbst in der Nacht (3:00) laut die Türen knallen. Und allgemein alles Mega Hellhörig ist. Meine Zimmertür (210 ohne eine Dichtung) klapperte durch den Wind. Selbst beim Frühstück knallt ständig die Tür zu Küche in dem Restaurant. Das Hotel sollte sich umbenennen in „knallende Tür“. 🛑persönlich würde ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen ⚠️

The hotel was good and well kept (apart from the gym) with very kind and helpful staff. If you're looking for a pool lounging hotel, there are better options within a 20 minute walk as this hotel had one small pool. The gym was not kept very well with weights everywhere and the equipment itself could have been better.

В общем советую данное место. Данный отель предназначен для путешественников в арендованным авто. Перед заселением связываемся с персоналом. Они дадут номер телефона. Я связывался с ними через востап. Нас сказали куда приехать и оставить свое авто это была заправка и далее нас увезли на своем авто тайота хайлюкс. При заселении нам предложили пакет услуг это джип тур на 4 часа по пустыне вади рам, ужин безлимит но напитки платные, и ночную экскурсию в пустыню с лежанием на песке, чай и кальян. Все то стоит на двоих 200 JD. Мы не торговались нас все устроило. Также есть отличный завтрак с напитками входит в стоимость проживания. Нам дали номер М5, это бунгало 1 линия. Вид из окна шикарен. Есть хороший сан узел, полотенца и средства гигиены. Две односпальные кровати, балкон. Кондиционер. Телевизора нет. Стол и два стула. WIFI есть только в зоне ресторана.

Everything was comfortable. The reception staff were very good, especially The Egyptian Mr. Fayz who works at the café, thank you very much to him. The hotel location is excellent, with the sea in front of you and markets and restaurants beside you, so you don't need to rent a car.

Amazing service and a wonderful stay! Breakfast and dinner are included, and the food was delicious. The location is beautiful, surrounded by the stunning desert scenery of Wadi Rum. The room was very clean and well equipped with air conditioning and a heater, which made the stay very comfortable. Transportation was also very convenient — the camp provides pick-up and drop-off from Wadi Rum / Jett Bus Station, just contact them in advance. If I visit Wadi Rum again, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

ชอบพักที่ Luxotel อย่างแน่นอน ตั้งแต่วินาทีที่คุณตื่นขึ้นมาจนถึงจากไป คุณจะได้รับการดูแลจากพนักงานที่น่ารื่นรมย์ ห้องพักสะอาดและสวยงามและคําพูดไม่สามารถแสดงได้ว่าสถานที่แห่งนี้ไม่จริงเพียงใด เงียบสงบและคุณไม่มี wifi ในห้องซึ่งทําให้คุณอยู่ห่างจากชีวิตที่วุ่นวาย อาหารที่ร้านอาหารน่าทึ่งมากด้วยอาหารอร่อยมากมาย ฉันมีความสุขกับการเข้าพัก นอกจากนี้โปรดจัดทัวร์ 4 ชั่วโมง 70 จอดกับโรงแรม เรามีทัวร์พระอาทิตย์ตกซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ดีที่สุดที่ฉันเคยทําในวันนี้ ฉันชอบที่พักและพนักงานและขอบคุณมากที่ทําให้ที่พักไม่จริง

ประสบการณ์ที่น่าสนใจ นั่งปิคาเข้าไปในทะเลทราย และจุดกองไฟในตอนกลางคืนเพื่อชมดาว เดิมทีฉันคิดว่าสภาพแวดล้อมแบบนี้จะยากกว่า แต่ที่น่าแปลกใจคือ ภายในสะอาด น้ําร้อนเพียงพอ เตียงนอนสบาย และไม่มีเสียงดังในตอนกลางคืน และรวมอาหารเย็นและอาหารเช้าในวันถัดไป สิ่งเดียวที่ต้องสังเกตคือไม่มีอินเทอร์เน็ตที่นี่
