I couldn't have asked for a better stay for me and my family (including elderly parents) in Ayodhya. The location is an absolute gem which helped us cover everything on foot (I mean literally everything important - Ram Mandir, Hanuman Gadhi, Sita ki Rasoi, Tulsi Smarak Bhavan, Railway station etc other attractions can be reached by opting for shared rick for ₹10 per person). Yes the property is still under construction as also pointed by other reviewers however you wouldn't feel a thing when you are inside. The owners are pretty candid about their current state and future plans. It is a family owned hotel and thier passion to improve hospitality for the guests and it was visible in their approach. Yes there could be certain housekeeping issues but hey which hotel doesn't have it. What I liked about them was their openess to learn and implement. When I reached the housekeeping staff were going through additional trainings and new uniforms were being introduced. The rooms were spotless and attention to details were visible. Everything was curated and selected with a fine sense of taste in mind. Beds were comfortable, linen was clean and toliteries were provided (i loved the moisturizer 😉) They have big plans for future including a glass top temple view restaurant. I wish them luck and whenever I go back I will be staying with them. Noteable names : Ankit Ji - Property Manager, Pandey Ji - Housekeeping Incharge, Shreyansh and Akshat Ji - Owners. Closing note: If you want a hassle free stay in Ayodhya dtay with The Raghavas. Keep your mind open for minor issues here and there considering they are still new. Give them constructive feedback and not criticize, don't forget what you are paying now may not be the rate when the hotel is ready full-fledged 🙂. Attaching some photos clicked on my phone. Non local vehicles have certain entry timing slots - to avoid disappointment and discomfort please liaise with The Raghavas management who can help you with ground level updates.

The Hotel is located in a rather congested area without a shred of greenery. The check in was quick and the room was kept ready. A few structural fallacies in the room were realised only later by me. The glass  door of the shower cubicle had almost 2.5 inches space at he bottom and an inch on the sides. With the result water would pour out on taking a bath and wet the entire wash room. The shower heads were also blocked and it was not a happy experience having the plumber working in the toilet on a ladder for almost an hour trying to clean the shower heads. Regarding housekeeping , on day 2 of my stay the housekeeping arrived after repeated calls to the reception only at 5 pm and on day 3 they came at 2 pm only on personally complaining at the reception. This was unacceptable since all our towels were already utilised in mopping the wet floor in the washroom. There is only one restaurant in the Hotel where I found the staff very cordial and friendly though the menu could be more elaborate…. it definitely was not up to the industry standard which would justify the costs. In a nutshell you could try the Hotel out provided you are prepared to deal with the few lacunae that exist at this point of time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel Agra, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, offering luxurious rooms, world-class amenities, and a serene atmosphere that ensures complete relaxation. A special shoutout goes to Jannat, who truly made my stay unforgettable. She upgraded me to a complimentary suite with a stunning view of the Taj Mahal, which was absolutely magical. She also arranged a complimentary breakfast that was both delicious and the perfect start to my day. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made me feel so welcomed and valued. The hotel itself boasts fantastic features, including a rooftop restaurant and a gym, both offering breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal. Whether you’re enjoying a workout or dining under the stars, the views are simply mesmerizing. I cannot recommend Radisson Hotel Agra enough for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. This place has it all, and I will definitely be returning with my friends and family! I am giving Good review for the following reasons: Hospitality service especially Dipak vaiya was very helpful and always had the motive to serve. Food from the menu were very delicious. Reception was 24/7 and guards outside were always present. To get a Excellent review, it would have been appreciated: If the hotel keeps its noise down during night time and early morning. It was very noisy at times (not only by other guests but also by hotel staffs). The music, reception telephone rings, etc. Rooms were not clean. We stayed for three nights and there were dusts, hair and stains in bathroom when we occupy the rooms. As a star rated hotel, this was below the standard. Finally, we had to request all the resources like toilet rolls, drinking water, everyday and it should be topped up automatically or just stack them up for at least 48 hours. Even drinks and food in the breakfast buffet were kept very minimum and only served when requested such as bread, water, tea, etc. I also felt that kitchen staff and waiters were very tightly controlled by managers and deliberately instructed to serve only when customers request their service. For example topping up with more food/drinks during the breakfast. We were also served with wrong order and when I questioned if they got our order wrong and the waiter confirmed it was the right food. In our case, they served us Chicken chilly instead of crispy honey chicken. It led me to believe that either the restaurant staff have integrity issue or they are so afraid of their manager/boss for getting our order wrong.

It was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER. But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night. And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome. I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.

ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวกสบาย เดินไปทัชมาฮาลได้ ราคาค่อนข้างสูง แต่เนื่องจากอยู่ใกล้มาก จึงวางแผนไปทานได้สองครั้ง ครั้งแรกตอนเย็นของวันแรก และครั้งที่สองเช้าวันรุ่งขึ้น สำหรับคนญี่ปุ่นแล้ว ฉันคิดว่าราคาสมเหตุสมผล ไม่มีตู้เย็น ดังนั้นจึงไม่สามารถแช่เครื่องดื่มให้เย็นได้ ห้องพักอยู่ชั้นล่าง จึงไม่มีหน้าต่าง และรู้สึกอึดอัด ตอนนั้นเป็นเดือนธันวาคม ห้องจึงหนาวมาก ฉันจึงห่มผ้าห่มตลอดเวลา พนักงานเป็นมิตร ซึ่งทำให้รู้สึกโล่งใจ คุณสามารถมองเห็นหลังคาทัชมาฮาลได้จากดาดฟ้า (ชั้น 4) เนื่องจากเป็นร้านอาหารบนดาดฟ้า การแค่ดูเฉยๆ อาจจะรู้สึกอึดอัด

I've stayed a few times here and had very comfortable stays. On this occasion, the hotel was hosting an event, and very loud music was played until 3am. I asked the duty manager to ask them to stop the music, but they refused to do anything about the disturbance. Many people were complaining, but the hotel staff were unable to take a firm stance and turn the music off. I had a flight the following morning at 8am and it impacted my work the next day. Very disappointing handling of the situation by the duty manager.

Overall good. Located on main road towards Kashi Vishwanath temple (around 1 km). Food was good, home type. Basic amenities, good enough. We received good services. All staff were kind, polite & very helpful especially Mr Ashish who guided us properly throughout our stay there. There is a scope of improvement in maintaining cleanliness. However, overall it was okay as we had visited during busy days. Prices are bit high was due to the auspicious time.
