I stayed here for one night on a Saturday as a solo traveller, and it was a truly pleasant experience. I wasn’t flying but chose this hotel for its convenient location close to family, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. From the moment I arrived at the Paisley based hotel, the reception team made me feel genuinely welcome. Their friendly manner and thoughtful approach created such a positive first impression and really set the tone for my stay. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, offering everything needed for a restful night. I felt completely safe and well looked after, which made the stay even more relaxing. A heartfelt thank‑you to Hannah, Bubbles who were both wonderful—kind, personable, attentive(plus generous - looking forward to enjoying my Scottish fudge), and the rest of the Courtyard team for their warm hospitality and professionalism. I would happily stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming base near Glasgow.

Was disappointed this time stay at this hotel a few times. Our plane was delayed so we never arrived until 2am. The girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Went to our room and there was an awful noise coming from the bathroom it was like a strong wind blowing through the cistern. We flushed the toilet a few times but it wouldn’t go away, we were tired so just went to bed with the bathroom door closed but could still hear it. We were up at 6.30 am went for breakfast and reported it to reception. The first girl we spoke to didn’t seem interested at all, just said she was listening but there was nothing she could do. It was her attitude more than anything , we then went back up and checked out about 7.30am the second girl at check out was nicer said she would report it and would be in touch. We like this hotel and go away a lot but we were very disappointed in the attitude of us having a very sleepless few hours. Took a video of it but it won’t upload.

Stayed at this hotel many times,never really an issue,but to be fair fell below standard this time,toilet bowl was filthy when we arrived,air con wasn't working ,room was so warm,tried calling reception. Several times no answer,went down to ask for fan and I appreciate the guys were busy checking people in but waited over an hour had to go back to reception,guy who had spoken to previously about a fan was nowhere to be seen and hadn't passed it over to his colleague poor guy was all harassed ,eventually they appeared with 2 fans to apologise ,great hotel normally but kind of fell short this time

โรงแรมดูเหนื่อยเล็กน้อยและต้องการ TLC พนักงานเป็นมิตรเมื่อพูดคุยกับพนักงานบาร์มีประโยชน์มาก พื้นที่บาร์ดูแคบและอึดอัดเล็กน้อย ห้องของเราควรเป็นผู้บริหาร แต่รู้สึกแคบมาก อาศัยอยู่ที่อื่นน้อยลงและมีพื้นที่มากขึ้น ไม่มีที่สําหรับใส่อุปกรณ์อาบน้ําในห้องน้ําหรือออกจากฝักบัวในห้องน้ําและห้องสุขาอยู่ในพื้นที่ปิดมากระหว่างผนังและประตูกระจกอาบน้ํา จริงๆแล้วฉันกระแทกไหล่ของฉันบนที่วางม้วนห้องน้ํา ห้องพักสะอาด แต่เตียงแข็งและเราทั้งคู่นอนไม่หลับเพราะต้องย้ายออกจากข้อต่อชาบ่อยๆ ห้องพักอยู่บนชั้นสองและย่างอย่างแน่นอนดังนั้นฉันจึงต้องเปิดพัดลมทั้งคืนซึ่งมีเสียงดังมาก อาหารเช้ามีมากมายและจัดได้ดี แต่ค่อนข้างจืด โดยรวมแล้วการเข้าพักที่น่าผิดหวังสําหรับวันครบรอบของเรา

Hotel was lovely, entertainment was great but the dinner was awful

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More than 5 stars! The hotel was amazing — very clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the hospitality was excellent. It’s great value for money, and I really loved my stay. Definitely coming back again!

The experince as a whole was fantastic and I would stay again. It was very convenient for me also the food and the bar as very asily accessed. The room however was lacking in charging facilities by the bed......there are none! I find this strange in the modern world that there is no possibility to charge even a phone eitther side of the bed. The breakfast quality was not as should be, everything for a good a hearty scottish fried breakfast was either dry, cold or rock hard!

พนักงานใจดีและช่วยเหลือดีมาก แม้ว่าฉันจะตกลงที่จะประหยัดพลังงาน แต่ห้องเล็ก ๆ ที่มีหน้าต่างไม่เปิดและเครื่องปรับอากาศที่ไม่เย็นในอุณหภูมิที่ต้องการนั้นไม่สามารถยอมรับได้ (มีการกําหนดการไล่ระดับที่ไม่มีประสิทธิภาพอย่างสมบูรณ์) ว่าห้องมีขนาดเล็กก็เห็นได้ชัดตั้งแต่การจอง แต่ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับข้อจํากัดในการเปิดหน้าต่างเพื่อความปลอดภัย (ไม่กี่ซม.) ถูกซ่อนไว้อย่างสมบูรณ์ ไม่อยู่ในใจกลางเมืองเลย

Beautiful hotel, spotless. The spa was absolutely amazing. The only down side was 2 of the bars were closed, seeminley due to staffing issues, we had been looking forward to trying them. The only place to eat was the a la carte restaurant but the food and staff were absolutely lovely. Also the spa staff were fantastic, thank you, will definitely be back.

Absolutely fabulous! They really have made such a difference in this hotel and just what was needed. Staff so nice and welcoming! Dinner in the dining room was fabulous 🥰🥰 our hotel room was huge room & next to the spa.. quite a wee walk away from main dining room but I was ok with that.
