📍 พิกัด : ดี ทำเลดี ที่ตั้งในตัวหุบเขา บรรยากาศดี และอากาศดีมาก / ผู้สูงอายุอาจจะเดินลำบากนิดหน่อยเพราะมีการขึ้นลงบันไดหลายหลายช่วงกว่าจะถึงห้องพัก 📍ห้องพัก : สะอาดสวยตรงปกทุกอย่าง มีบริการน้ำในห้องพักอย่างเพียงพอ เสียอย่างเดียวน้ำ ฝักบัวไม่แรง 📍บริการ : พนักงานมีความกระตือรือร้นเอาใจใส่ ให้ความช่วยเหลือดีในทุกๆเรื่อง พยายามสื่อสารกับนักท่องเที่ยวและผู้เข้าพัก 📍อาหารเช้า : อาหารเช้ามีเพียงพอรองรับผู้เข้าพักทุกคนเริ่มที่เวลา 7.30 ถึง 9.30 น. / แต่เดินจากห้องพักขึ้นมาทานอาหารเช้าค่อนข้างไกล  ภาพรวมจัดว่าคุ้มค่ากับราคาที่ได้มาในครั้งนี้ ได้รับประสบการณ์คุ้มค่า ควรพักในหุบเขาเพื่อสะดวกต่อการเดินเที่ยวยามค่ำคืน ดื่มด่ำกับแสงสีภายในหุบเขา 

มาเที่ยวกับครอบครัว เห็นว่าห้องพักทุกประเภทค่อนข้างเล็ก เลยเลือกห้องพักแบบมีสไลเดอร์ ปรากฏว่าสไลเดอร์กินพื้นที่ไปเยอะมาก ทำให้ชั้นล่างดูแคบลงไปเยอะ แต่ชั้นบนก็ยังกว้างขวางอยู่ดี สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในโรงแรมดีมาก และสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกก็สวยงาม สิ่งเดียวที่ไม่ค่อยดีคือตอนกลางคืนกลับมาแล้วหาห้องไม่เจอ วนหาอยู่หลายรอบเลย แต่บริการของโรงแรมยอดเยี่ยมมาก ช่วยเหลือทุกอย่าง และมีบริการรับส่งที่สะดวกสบาย ข้อเสนอแนะ: อาหารเช้าหมดตอน 9 โมงครึ่ง เมื่อวานปีนเขามาปวดขามาก ตื่นไม่ไหวจริง ๆ เลยอยากให้ขยายเวลาออกไปอีกหน่อย

I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. Well done Shangri La Nanchang for training all your staff with pride and respect. ❤️💪👍😊 You can watch the fountain dancing every night at 7pm to 7.15 pm and 8pm to 8.15 pm. 🎄

This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!

พอใจมาก ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ด้านนอกศาลา Tengwang, Dashuyuan ใกล้กับพระราชวัง Wanshou มาก หอรำลึก 1 สิงหาคม วิวกลางคืนก็สวยงามมาก การบริการก็ดีมาก หากคุณต้องการอะไร ฉันจะ ไปส่งให้เร็วที่สุดและมีเจ้าหน้าที่คอยดูแลอยู่สองคน หุ่นยนต์ตัวน้อยมาส่งกระดาษและของว่างให้เรา ขึ้นลิฟต์ไปเอง และรออย่างเชื่อฟังที่ประตูเพื่อให้ประตูเปิด เด็กๆ มีความสุขมาก แนะนำให้อยู่กับลูก😁😁

การเดินทางช่วงวันชาติไปเจียงซี เราเลือกวังเซียนกู่เป็นที่แรก วิวสวยมาก โรงแรมอยู่ข้างในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเลย นำทางตรงไปที่ลานจอดรถด้านใน สะดวกสุดๆ โฮมสเตย์ริมหน้าผามีเอกลักษณ์มาก ห้องพักมีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน ทั้งเครื่องชงกาแฟและไดร์เป่าผมก็คุณภาพดี แถมยังมีผลไม้และขนมให้ด้วย เด็กๆ ชอบมาก โดยเฉพาะคุณได๋ ผู้ดูแลห้องพัก บริการดีเยี่ยมและใส่ใจมากๆ ก่อนที่เราจะมาถึงเจียงซีสามวัน ก็แจ้งข้อมูลการเช็คอินให้เราทราบอย่างละเอียด พอเรามาถึงโรงแรมก็ช่วยถือกระเป๋า และให้น้องๆ ทานอาหารเช้าฟรี ประทับการบริการโดยรวมมากๆ ค่ะ

There are two Hampton hotels in this area, so make sure you enter the right hotel name in getting local uber. We made a mistake :-) Front desk, Sean, was exceptionally helpful. He helped us to change room that is without cigarette smell, offered to carry online shopping boxes up to our room, and provided a tourist map. We thank his service. It's a new hotel, so the facitlities are in good shape. It's located on the higher floors of a commercial building, so offered good view of the city. Sean tried to offer us room with river view but not available as we checked in late. Breakfast is mainly local flavor, good for us but might not be to western travellers. But I do hope that foreigners try out local dishes. Hey, that's the fun part of traveling.

Room is very spacious and clean, didn’t feel like leaving at all. Service staff are very friendly, polite and friendly. Location is very very good. Directly in front of the hotel, a food street is 1 traffic light walking distance. Tengwang pavilion is when you turn left from hotel entrance, walk along main street, 3 traffic lights away. Had also stay in their hotels in other cities. Had always trusted the Orange brand for their service level, rooms, and location Totally recommend them if you are visiting Nanchang

The front desk is lacking a smile and warm service, my shower room is wet all the time, The hotel carpet needs a good steam cleaning all over. breakfast is so so but I enjoyed the restaurant lunch. Smoking or not need to enforce air quality
