I had an excellent stay and found the hotel to be strong across all aspects of the experience. From arrival to departure, everything was handled smoothly and professionally, creating a comfortable and reassuring impression throughout. Check-in was efficient, with staff who were welcoming, attentive, and well-organised. After a long journey, this made a noticeable difference and set a positive tone for the rest of the stay. I would also like to mention the staff member who provided the hotel introduction in traditional costume; this was a distinctive touch and the explanation was delivered clearly and informatively, offering a helpful overview of the hotel’s facilities and services. Service throughout the hotel was consistently polite and helpful, whether at reception or in general interactions with staff, all of whom were approachable and willing to assist when needed. Breakfast was of a good standard, with a reasonable variety of options available. The quality was consistent, and the dining area was well managed, making for a comfortable start to the day. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with all the expected amenities provided. Housekeeping standards were solid, and the attention to cleanliness and upkeep was clear. The overall environment felt calm and well-managed, contributing to a restful stay. Facilities within the hotel were also of a good standard and met expectations without issue. While the property may not be overly distinctive in style or character, it delivers reliably on comfort, convenience, and service. Overall, this was a very satisfactory experience. Everything was executed properly and without fault, making for an easy and pleasant stay. I've stayed in many hotels, but this one is truly the best. Staying at the Tonino Lamborghini Hotel in Suzhou isn't just accommodation – it's an unforgettable experience. From the moment you enter, you're greeted by a sense of spaciousness. The design is stunning, using only natural materials like wood and stone – and the materials themselves are very pleasing to the eye and touch. The bed was very soft and comfortable – I slept wonderfully. My room had three panoramic windows overlooking a beautifully wild garden – birds, leaves, stones, all perfectly framed like living art. There was even a dedicated tea-drinking space, which added a deeper layer of calm and ritual to the stay. The bathroom floor is carved from a single piece of natural stone – a pleasure just to walk on. Every amenity you could need is there: lotion, gel, shampoo, conditioner, robes, iron, coffee machine. And surprisingly – a small library in the room. Amazing. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to Nolan, who upgraded us to a studio, guided us to our room, explained everything, helped with luggage, and did it all fast and with a smile. The interiors throughout the hotel are beautiful – paintings, sculptures, retro photos everywhere. Breakfast was outstanding: fresh, smooth, and delicious. The only small note: the swimming pool and gym are a bit compact, but it really didn't matter given everything else. All in all, this was a unique experience that greatly enhanced my Suzhou trip. I'll definitely be coming back.

Very happy and excited to write this review. I would give 10 stars if possible. This hotel is truly a little treasure. We decided to splurge a little in Suzhou and found this hotel. It’s situated just a few steps from the main attraction street where you will see many people dressed up in hanfu taking pictures and enjoying themselves. This hotel is the only one of its kind where you can stay inside a traditional house with many beautiful gardens. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The fact that it was so close to the main attractions made it super convenient to go rest up in the middle of the day when it was too hot and too noisy. It’s like having a mini vision of the humble administrators garden privately just for you. Besides the excellent location and space, the service was also worth raving about. They picked us up timely with their golf cart and carried our heavy luggage🥹. As a foreigner, I wanted to deliver some stuff to the hotel and had input the wrong address… the lady at the friend desk was so proactive and helpful, I was so moved because she even offered to go pick it up from the wrong address I entered. I feel like I’ve never had such a kind and sweet host before anywhere and I just want to express my sincere thanks. 🙏 The breakfast was so plentiful and varied, we not only had more than enough to fill our bellies but our eyes as well because they all so well presented. If you are looking for a special place to stay, this is it!
