Everything is great except that its hallway smells cigarette even though we asked for a non smoking room. The hotel site is the location of the residence of Jiang Weiguo, the adopted son of Chiang Kai-shek. It is also the location of Ling Biao’s secret compound called 571 Project where he directed the anti-Mao action to grab power. After his secret was exposed, he fled to Soviet Union but his airplane crashed in Mongolia. The tour guide on the site provides very interesting tour about the history of the hotel. By the way, the hotel is located in a very convenient area and you can easily get a wide range of food. I highly recommend it.

โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการเข้าพักที่ดีมาก พนักงานต้อนรับ โดยเฉพาะพนักงานหญิง มีอัธยาศัยดี เอาใจใส่ และช่วยเหลือดีมาก ห้องพักกว้างขวาง เตียงนอนสบาย และผลิตภัณฑ์อาบน้ำมีกลิ่นหอมมาก สิ่งเดียวที่ควรปรับปรุงคือเรื่องการทำความสะอาดห้องพัก บ่อยครั้งที่ยังมีเส้นผมตกอยู่บนพื้นและไม่ได้ดูดฝุ่นทุกวัน การจัดเตียงก็ทำอย่างลวกๆ หรือบางครั้งก็ไม่ได้จัดเลย ก้อนผมในห้องอาบน้ำเห็นได้ชัดมาก แต่พนักงานทำความสะอาดปล่อยทิ้งไว้ 3 วันก่อนจะมาทำความสะอาดในที่สุด

My partner and I travelled to Suzhou for the first time, so I carefully considered several options before finally choosing this hotel. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. My partner especially loved the beautiful garden-style design and luxurious atmosphere of the hotel. The food was delicious. We would definitely come back if we have the chance to visit Suzhou again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

Very happy and excited to write this review. I would give 10 stars if possible. This hotel is truly a little treasure. We decided to splurge a little in Suzhou and found this hotel. It’s situated just a few steps from the main attraction street where you will see many people dressed up in hanfu taking pictures and enjoying themselves. This hotel is the only one of its kind where you can stay inside a traditional house with many beautiful gardens. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The fact that it was so close to the main attractions made it super convenient to go rest up in the middle of the day when it was too hot and too noisy. It’s like having a mini vision of the humble administrators garden privately just for you. Besides the excellent location and space, the service was also worth raving about. They picked us up timely with their golf cart and carried our heavy luggage🥹. As a foreigner, I wanted to deliver some stuff to the hotel and had input the wrong address… the lady at the friend desk was so proactive and helpful, I was so moved because she even offered to go pick it up from the wrong address I entered. I feel like I’ve never had such a kind and sweet host before anywhere and I just want to express my sincere thanks. 🙏 The breakfast was so plentiful and varied, we not only had more than enough to fill our bellies but our eyes as well because they all so well presented. If you are looking for a special place to stay, this is it!

Amazing hotel located right at the Shantang street. We enjoyed our stay . However we arrived on Sunday, we’d a hard time to reach the hotel as most Taxi driver refused to send us as it was heavy traffic at the Shantang area . We have no choice have to take metro which is one station fr Suzhou main train station.it is difficult to drag luggage to walk the the busy street to reach the hotel too. We were told that we actually can call the hotel to arrange for pick up at the metro station when check in & upon check out as well. However when checking out we asked hotel staff to arrange transport to send us to metro station, the staff just guide us how to WALK from the hotel back lane to reach metro station. 🤨 This is the only minus point other than that everything was great.

This hotel is quite amazing! I and my partner had a wonderful vacation here and everything was perfect! I’ve recommended Lakefort to many friends and I hope this hotel is going to be better and better:) I’ll come here very soon.

ล็อบบี้มีคอนเซ็ปต์ห้ากลิ่นอายที่น่าสนใจมาก ได้แก่ กลิ่นหนังสือ กลิ่นชา กลิ่นอาหาร กลิ่นกำยาน และกลิ่นดอกไม้ นอกจากนี้ยังมีกาแฟฟรีให้พกกลับบ้านได้ ชาดอกไม้รสชาติดี และการจัดดอกไม้ก็สวยงาม ผู้ดูแลห้องพักให้บริการดีมาก เมื่อมาถึงโรงแรมตอนกลางคืนก็ได้อัปเกรดห้องพัก การเดินทางไปโรงแรมจินหลิงก็สะดวกมากเช่นกัน เพราะตั้งอยู่ในใจกลางเมืองและคุ้มค่ากับราคา
