GGijsSwLohkah Hotel accommodated us with the best Valentine’s Day ever. Upon arrival we got struck by the beautiful and peacefull hotel lobby. After arriving in the room we were greeted by some small valentines props, some fresh fruit came by a few minutes after arriving. In the evening we dined at Xia restaurant where the chef indulged us in a perfect blend of fujiannese and Cantonese cuisine. We are definitely coming back.
ผผู้เข้าพักWe had a very pleasant stay at Sanfang Qixiang Shuxiang Wenru Hotel. The hotel is extremely well located, right within the Sanfang Qixiang area, making it very convenient to explore the historical streets, shops, and local food by foot.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job, and everything felt tidy and fresh throughout our stay. The amenities provided were sufficient and thoughtfully arranged, making the stay easy and comfortable for families.
Service was excellent — staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help when we had questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.
Overall, this hotel offers great value with its location, cleanliness, and service. Highly recommended for families or travelers who want to stay in the heart of Fuzhou’s cultural district while enjoying a quiet and comfortable environment.
ผผู้เข้าพักAs with all Shangrila Hotels the standard of service and Hotel environment were of a very high standard. The staff were very friendly and welcoming . We stayed in the family suit with sea views, the room itself was very large split into two sections with great sea views from each room. The quality of the air in the room was quite poor in my opinion and always felt stuffy due to being winter and the internal heating on. The main issue I had was with the Club Lounge (Horizon Club ) as it would have to be the worst Club lougne experience I have ever had ! While the food and beverage quality was good the lack of menu rotation or the ability to replenish items as they eaten was terrible and unexceptionable when paying for that privilege. As well as that for the first 4 days breakfast was in the main restaurant and then on the last day back in the Club lounge we seemed very strange. Last time I was in Xiamen I stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel and the Club experience was far superior in every aspect from view to food and beverage.
The conclusion is if you intend on staying there give the Club lounge a miss as it is not worth the extra cost .
