โรงแรมน่ารักใกล้กับส่วนที่ดีของเมืองมาก ลานภายในสวยงามและฉันชอบสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก เช่น ร้านค้าในล็อบบี้และชุดต้อนรับ ตัวห้องเองนั้นสะดวกสบายและสะอาดมาก และฉันนอนหลับสบาย มีไมโครเวฟสำหรับอุ่นอาหาร แต่ไม่มีช้อนส้อมหรือจาน ซึ่งอาจเป็นประโยชน์ในการใส่ไว้ ฉันพบว่าฝักบัวเย็นแต่ฉันรีบมาก เลยไม่ได้พิจารณาว่าเหตุใดจึงเป็นเช่นนั้น ฉันจะกลับมาพักอีกครั้ง :)

ฉันพักที่โรงแรม Pop Century เป็นเวลา 3 คืน ห้องพักมีเตียงสองเตียง โดยเตียงหนึ่งสามารถพับเป็นโต๊ะได้ และต้องพับลงมาเพื่อใช้เป็นเตียงอีกครั้ง ห้องพักอยู่ในอาคารยุค 90 ซึ่งอยู่ค่อนข้างไกลจากทางเข้าและป้ายรถเมล์... สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักนั้นเพียงพอและสะอาด หากคุณมีกระเป๋าเดินทางจำนวนมาก คุณต้องยืมรถเข็นกระเป๋าจากพนักงานยกกระเป๋าเพื่อเข็นกลับไปที่ห้อง ข้อดีคือห้องเก็บเสียงได้ดี และบริการรถรับส่งของโรงแรมและระบบขนส่งสาธารณะนั้นสะดวกมาก

Everything quite convenient, loved having a bedroom, 3 beds, 2bathrooms+toilet for our family of 5. Alarm clock is cute - different characters to wake you up gently instead of a blaring alarm sound lol! Staff members were all wonderful, smiling and friendly.. Free car parking is helpful if you have a car but don’t need to use during your stay as transport is very convenient to get to/from the Disney areas - Bus to Magic Kingdom/Animal Kingdom/Hollywood Studios/Disney Springs/Summer Winterland (same bus as Blizzard Beach), Skyline to Epcot. Although I must say, it felt like there were more buses returning to other resorts (like Pop Century and All Stars vs Art of Animation; maybe 3-4buses for every 1). Comes quite frequent though, traffic played a part on delays.. Pop Century is located next to Art of Animation so we considered taking that bus and walking back to pass through the Skyline station as the resorts share it, but we’d always surpassed our walking steps during a park visit so just waited.. Laundry mat is handy, gets very busy during the afternoon/evening as expected. No quarters needed, can pay via QR code. They have a vending machine with detergent and dryer sheets. Staff had visited whilst I was doing laundry several times to clean and sanitize machines. Early entry to parks a great perk, saved and opted not to buy any lightening passes. We would take advantage of early entry, do a few rides and then head back to the resort to relax for a couple of hours and then head back to do more rides/parade/fireworks etc at about 2:45pm. We kindly received complimentary access to play mini golf as the check in staff member recognized we’ve travelled quite a long way 🥹 - thank you, it was so much fun! Complimentary access to Blizzard Beach also included, unfortunately it was too cold to take advantage of it as our stay was during what seemed like an Arctic blast! 🥶 This has been our 3rd stay here, it always gives beautiful memories to take home with us 🥰

เป็นโรงแรมอย่างเป็นทางการของ Universal Orlando ดังนั้นจึงอยู่ใกล้กับ Universal และมีทางเข้าที่ดีมาก โรงแรมเพิ่งเปิดใหม่ ดังนั้นจึงใหม่และสะอาด! บ้านของโรงแรมมีขนาดใหญ่มากจึงเข้าห้องลำบากนิดหน่อย ฉันฝากสัมภาระในตอนเช้า ผ่านแผนกต้อนรับ รับเข็มกลัดวันเกิดและกุญแจห้อง และเข้าไปในสวนสาธารณะแต่เช้า ฉันกลับมาประมาณ 20.00 น. และออกตอนตี 5 ของเช้าวันรุ่งขึ้น เลยไม่ได้อยู่ที่นั่นจริงๆ (555) ฉันคิดว่าผนังบางไปหน่อยเพราะฉันได้ยินเสียงคนในโถงทางเดิน แต่ฉันแค่อยากนอนเท่านั้นแหละ ไม่ใช่ปัญหา !

We booked the Junior suite with full kitchen.   Great view of the beach.  Comfortable bed. Coffee available in lobby 24/7.   Things to love…walk right out to the beach, gas bbqs and outside tables. Two spas, large pool, easy walk to Winn Dixie, Whiskeys, Muy Wayne Os and other restaurants and stores.   Things that could be improved: Full size coffee pot is great if you are staying more than a few nights— no filters provided, given they say they can’t provide filters a Keurig would be a better choice.  The cookware is cheap everything sticks to it.  No scissors or basic first aid.   The room is ready for upgrades:  something used to be mounted to the dresser and there are several holes that make it look trashy, no anti-slip or rail in shower, no bathroom fan, bathroom door sticks, pillows are uncomfortable.

Un hotel maravilloso, perfecto para ir en familia, con amigos o pareja. Cerca de los parques, transporte gratuito a los parques y la temática del hotel super bonita! Lo recomiendo 10/10. Sobretodo si cogéis alguna oferta sale muy rentable ya que tenéis entrada temprana a los parques!!!!

Decent Stay, but Lacking the Hilton Touch We arrived in Miami around 7 PM and headed straight to check-in. The lady at reception greeted us with minimal hospitality—no smile, no warmth—just a routine check-in. While she did her job efficiently, a simple welcoming gesture would have made a difference, especially at a Hilton, where a bit of warmth is generally expected. Our room was underwhelming—fairly compact for two adults and two 13-year olds with four pieces of luggage, making the space feel cramped. The biggest disappointment was the lingering smell of smoke in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Exhausted after a 14-hour flight, we opted not to complain and just settled in for the night. On the plus side, the location is convenient, with plenty of nearby attractions and dining options. The area gives off an old-money, relaxed vibe, which we appreciated. We stayed for two nights before our cruise to the Caribbean, and while the experience wasn’t terrible, it didn’t leave a lasting impression. Would I stay here again? Probably not—not because it was a bad experience, but because I’d prefer to explore other hotels that might offer better value for the price and better hospitality. PS. We didn't use cleaning service as we were only staying for 2 nights. But the cleaning lady, slightly older and only speak Spanish, was just the sweetest, and offer us extra bottle of waters.

พนักงานต้อนรับเปลี่ยนกฎซ้ําภายในเดือนและแจ้งว่าเดือนก่อนว่าพักเต็ม28วันเพื่อเปลี่ยนห้อง ฉันย้ายและเดือนต่อมาบอกว่าให้ออกจากโรงแรมเป็นเวลา28วันเพื่อจะเข้าพักอีกครั้ง และไม่มีการแจ้งและยกเลิกการจองในวันนั้น ทัศนคติค่อนข้างไร้เหตุผล **ผู้จัดการตาย สมองจะไม่เปลี่ยนเป็นปกติ เป็นโรงแรมที่ดี โดนผู้บริหารกลุ่มนี้ทําเป็นหลอน จะไม่มาพักที่นี่อีก หน้าฟร้อนท์ของ cypress point อยู่ข้างๆ ผู้จัดการเวเนซุเอลา มีความยืดหยุ่น จัดการเฉพาะกิจ พิเศษ ขอแนะนํา!

The Fairfield inn offers a perfect location for both universal and Disney parks, 10 min drive from Walmart, shopping outlets or Publix supermarkets. Breakfast offers a great variety and the staff was lovely. Will definitely come back

Friendly stuff, the location is awesome, the room was ok but Not well soundproofed, I could hear the next room and bellow room conversation and music… hopefully they stopped at midnight!
