It was a good stay. The location is amazing for travellers with a car. Kotor is only about 40 minutes drive away, Budva city centre is just 10 minutes by car and Petrovac and Saint Stephen Island are also not far away. I requested a room with a view and got one. Although the view was not the best, the staff were very sweet and helpful. The apartment was very clean and met my expectations. However, the pool at the hotel is not big but if you want spa facilities they are located nearby. Picture of the view from my apartment is attached.

Соотношение цена качество. Скромный отель в удобном месте . Рядом с большим отелем . Мои друзья просили поменять номер из за запаха канализации в номере - поменяли только за 25 евро . Парковка в отеле есть - 20 евро в сутки. Матрас нормальный, сантехника нормальная. До старого города близко .

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hébergement. L’appartement est très agréable, propre et parfaitement situé, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement des environs. J’ai également été ravi de rencontrer le papa, qui est une personne d’une grande gentillesse, ainsi qu’Adnan. Leur accueil chaleureux a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Merci pour votre hospitalité et pour ce super moment passé dans l’appartement. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement et n’hésiterai pas à revenir lors d’un prochain passage.

Хороший отель , если вы на машине тогда у вас все рядом , если вы без машины до пляжа пешком минут 5 но обратно на горку подниматься , в номере была большая кровать , шире стандартной это плюс . Хозяин приветливый , хорошо говорит на русском языке, для на. Это тоже плюс , полноценная кухня с варочной панелью и посудомоечной машиной , так же есть стиральная машина . У нас не было соседей так как мы отдыхали в начале июня , было очень тихо как мы любим .

I travelled to Montenegro with a friend, and we decided to stay around Budva. We chose the 2 bedroom suites, and they were large and comfortable, there was a small fridge in the kitchen area (that was full of unpaid snacks and alcohol). The bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfasts were pretty good, there was everything you could want, including coffee machine, and there were some healthy options. One thing that was really bad are juices, they were reeeeally watered down, barely drinkable. We travelled off-season, and there was a lot of construction going on around, and it was really loud. You can also hear everything your neighbours are doing, and doors are really really loud, it almost feels like someone just broke into your room. Unfortunately, we had two very unpleasant things that happened: 1. There is only one road that connects the hotel to the main road. One day construction started on that road, and we could not exit hotel parking on a car, because it was blocked by them. We could not drive our car that day, essentially. Just by coincidence, we didn't need to go far, and decided to just walk to Budva. But imagine if we needed to go to the airport that day. 2. The laundry was broken, and they could not get spare parts in time. There were no laundries around, and pretty much every other hotel was closed. And I could not get to Budva, because the car was blocked! In the end, I had to hand-wash my clothes (in a 4 star hotel that was kinda weird thing to do). The staff on the first floor was great, and tried to help as much as possible, and tried to find solutions. More questions are to the management of this hotel - how that happened that staff didn't know about construction (I doubt that they randomly decided to fix one random road without notifying anybody), and how one broken piece of washing machine made the laundry unusable - is there just one washing machine for the whole hotel, and how are the towels being washed if laundry is not working.
