Vacanza fantastica in stuttura 3 stelle ma di fatto 4. Io darei anche la 5 stella. In posizione strategica, a due passi dal centro storico e la spiaggia Playa e vicinissima alle maggiori localita principali della Sicilia accidentale. Struttura pulita, gode di eccellenti servizi per le famiglie ed un attenzione particolare ai bambini. Spazio Piscina eccellente dotata di bar dove si possono gustare ottimi snack, pizze, insalate, primi e secondi piatti per grandi e piccini. Presente anche un solarium con jacuzzi. Ottima colazione internazionale con prodotti del territorio e homemade. Le stanze essenziali ma dotate di ogni confort. Navetta di collegamento gratuita per la vicinissima spiaggia. Ampio parcheggio gratuito all'esterno. La differenza viene fatta dallo staff di reception e da tutto il personale. Sempre sorridente, aperti al dialogo con tutti e pronto ad esaudire ogni tuo desiderio. Ci siamo sentiti davvero in famiglia. Complimenti!

Главные преимущества отеля: - Шикарное море, были на южном побережье, такого моря нет. - большая классная территория, лифт на море не напрягает - анимация супер, были единственным русскоговорящими, детям много внимания, аниматоры - профи Стоит обратить внимание: - номера маленькие, уютные, переезжали из более дорого отеля mangias torre del barone, первое впечатление от номера было грустное. Но на второй день уже забыли про номер, свою функцию он полностью выполнял - ресторан также уступает torre del barone, скорее хорошее кафе/столовая, по еде претензий нет, также включено неплохое вино, чего не было в torre del barone. Сеть mangias оставила отличное впечатление, очень понравилось.

Très bel hôtel, restaurant délicieux, personnel très agréable. En point négatif, pas de parking à l’hôtel, il faut se garer dans les rues alentours. Petit déjeuner moyen. Nous avions réservé une chambre de luxe pleine vue mer, mais la vue était partielle.

Grand Hotel Baia Verde is a nice resort hotel.  Unfortunately we came in the off season so some amenities like the pool and access to the sea were not available.  Our room was a recently renovated room and was very clean with a balcony.  The views in the morning were fantastic watching the sun rise up over the sea.  It’s about a 20 minute drive into the centre of Catania. Mount Etna is about a 40 minute drive  Would not recommend staying here unless you have a car, there isn’t much in walking distance apart from other hotels.   Staff were pleasant and helpful.  Breakfast buffet was wonderful and the hotel bar was also nice.  Hotel grounds were well kept and very scenic. Parking is onsite in a secure lot.

My room was in the basement, and the first floor (seemed like maybe staff moving furniture around?) was very noisy after midnight. Lots of footsteps, talking, and the sound of moving furniture. It went on for hours both nights. I was also woken up at 8am my first day by someone knocking on my door. I assume it was the maid, but i can’t be sure. It was way too early to expect to be able to clean a room. The bed was hard and creaky (there were three beds in my room, not sure why as I booked a room with a single queen bed) with no real blanket. It was fairly clean, though there was some hair in the sink and shower that did not belong to me. The shower was the biggest problem as it was a fairly narrow stall shower, and the drain needs to be cleaned out - the shower flooded after just a few minutes. The furniture is all very old, and the lighting in the room was incredibly dim. It did not feel inviting or look anything like the pictures in the listing. The location is nearly an hour’s walk from Palermo Centrale and in another direction, nearly an hour’s walk from the Palazzo Butera. Unless you just want to visit the beach, it is not convenient at all. Even just buying water was a chore with the closest shop being about a quarter mile away. The city tax listed on Trip is incorrect. You will need to pay three euros per day. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Вам понравится, если вам приятно останавливаться в гостях у кого то, так как есть некоторые ньюансы. Это прекрасная большая квартира в историческом доме . Хозяин очень мил. Читайте , пожалуйста, внимательно. У комнат индивидуальные ванные комнаты, но они отдельно от комнаты, туда надо идти , в моем случае через гостиную и кухню. Завтраки вы делаете себе сами, пользуясь тем, что любезно предоставил хозяин ( хороший выбор продуктов). Немного шумно, но это центр и надо быть готовым к этому. Близко до вокзала ( 20 минут пешком с чемоданом).
