Excellent service. Special mention of Mr. Bryan in the frangipani restaurant. Met him during breakfast, very polite person and helpful with a smile on his face. All the best to Bryan.
The property is truly impressive. From the photos showcasing its creation, it's clear that the owner has invested a lot of heart and soul into it. However, the fern has recently taken over the area. The property has some age to it, and we had read reviews mentioning that the villas require maintenance. We opted for the executive room with a partial beach view. The room was spacious, and we had a wonderful time. The highlight was undoubtedly the stunning beach view through the garden—a view to die for. The beachside restaurant offered delicious cocktails and snacks, though it was a bit pricey, which is expected for such a property. Angpa, our server at the restaurant, was very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast buffet at Atlantis restaurant was just okay—not the best—seemingly due to limited staff managing a large number of guests. Our son thoroughly enjoyed the kids' water pool, which was fantastic. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely plan to visit again.
The hotel’s restaurant staff was very lazy slow and unprofessional. The room pricing were changing so quickly and increasing so fast when we wanted to book for another day!
Other than that, everything was good!
Everything is excellent except system of not giving invoice of room rent for 3 days
Hotel people were adament that for room rent only trip.com will give receipt
So this thing never happened in any of hotel. They will give bill even if hotel is booked by trip.com
Person stay in hotel he should be given bill by hotel only
Hhonest joeAn excellent hotel right on the famous Juhu beach. The staff and services are also top notch, the staff will bend backwards to help you. The atmosphere in this establishment is very pleasant and tranquil. I have stayed in this place several times in recent years and I am always happy to return for some relaxation and me time. The breakfast and dinner cuisine is very delicious and varied on daily basis. Highly recommended.
ผผู้เข้าพักLocation of property is the key USP of the Sun N Sand. This is one of the most iconic hotels in this belt and one of the oldest property with great retro Bollywood charm. Why I have called it average is as its not value for money. It is not upgraded to today’s standard but charges are same as many new hotels. There is construction going on and workers are there
Property needs a massive upgrade to stay selling at these competitive prices. Restaurant is also very expensive with less menu options

ผผู้เข้าพักMy husband and I used to frequent Taj Lands End in Bandra a few years ago. At that time our office was in the Andheri area so this was a good option. Heading back to this hotel several years later, I can see the hotel needs an uplift.
I generally had a good stay, bar 2 incidences:
1. Although there are 4 lifts available to the rooms, there were incidences of unavailability of all lifts, many times for up to 10-15 minutes. The lifts would be on the higher floors and then bypass all other floors. Frustrating.
2. The room I was in was privy to the loud music and raucous screams of a group either on the floor above or below mine (I honestly couldn’t tell) which started at 3am and didn’t end until sunrise.
JJTSydneyLet me start by saying the description of the size of the room was misleading. It is described as a 30m2 room but what I got was not even half that size.
On the plus side, the hotel is really close to the Gateway of India right on the heart of Colabra. There are plenty of eating and shopping options.
On the minus side, the room was on the small side. There were not enough powers outlets but the few that were in the room were universal plugs. There was also no table to work from in the room. Last but most importantly, I think the room and facility did not justify the hefty price tag that came with it.
