Absolutely stunning place in a perfect location just a short stroll along the sea front to the historic old town of Chania and the Venetian Harbour. In the other direction an even shorter stroll to the harbour and Nea Chora beach - which has a ton of bars shops and restaurants. Property is directly on the seafront in a real tranquil location - with a beautiful pool and incredible sea views everywhere you stood. The staff were fantastic and even contacted me on WhatsApp prior to my stay to arrange my check in. Had my room ready early - which was fabulous. I was incredibly lucky to have a suite with a hot tub right on the sea front - beautifully decorated, fresh, clean and the views from the balcony were incredible. I believe breakfast is included for all guests, which was lovely with a wide variety of hot and cold food drinks and pastries. The only criticism is of myself that I didn’t stay longer. I would come back in a heartbeat!
Capsis Astoria is a great hotel centrally located in Heraklion. The rooms are comfortable and we liked our balcony. The rooftop pool is amazing with a full service bar and plenty of different types of seating and views of the city and sea in the distance. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is across the road from the hop on hop off bus, airport bus, museum and many restaurants and bars down the alleys.
The location was great, very close to the harbor and all around the old town area. The breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent . Room was clean and the bed was big and very comfortable
What a lovely stay in Crete! This hotel is gorgeous and spotless. The Breakfast Buffet was outstanding, and every staff member I encountered during my 3-day stay was smiling and helpful. My Executive seaside room was spacious and well-furnished, and it was a perfect place to recharge on my 3-week journey. It was an easy walk from the port (I arrived with SeaJets), and the public bus to the Palace of Knossos was waiting for me right below the hotel the next day. The concierge gave great advice on places to visit, and called for the (15€!) taxi when it was time to get to the airport. Efharistó, Megaron!
Today, I have landed back home after spending amazing week at this family-run hotel. I can definitely tell you that it was one of the best holidays I have ever had, filled with nice people and great Greek weather. The hotel is located very conveniently, you have a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Lidl is just 5-7 min walk. Next to the hotel there was a great coffee shop- Move on. Next to the hotel there is a bus stop which will take you to Chania city centre for a nice promenade and a delicious dinner. Hotel itself is of an apartment style with amazing pool which was always well-maintained and clean. Every day the girls made sure that our room is clean and we have new towels, and they were making quite impressive compositions from flowers and towels😁 The manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and always dealt efficiently with any requests we had. Breakfast was delicious and overall our stay was extremely enjoyable. Definitely visit this hotel to feel the amazing Greek hospitality.
Such a beautiful hotel located in perfect location- from old town, beaches and the rest. Suite was gorgeous. Pillows comfy. Breakfast is lovely, Simple and well laid out. Staff are friendly and helpful. Courtyard to have breakfast is so serene and stunning. Possibly the best accomodation for the area and value you receive. Bed a tiny bit hard but not so bad as everything else is comfortable and accomodating.
Thank you

AA.BatiukWe had a very pleasant stay at Artemis Apartments. The location is wonderful - just a short walk to the beach, and many shops and restaurants nearby. We loved how close everything was, yet the place feels quiet and peaceful.
The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful (many thanks to Nikos) -always ready to assist with anything we needed.
Breakfast was good, though fairly simple and similar from day to day. But I suspect this is because it’s off-season.
Some things stood out: the WiFi worked well most of the time, the pool area is lovely and well-maintained, and the value for money is excellent.
ผผู้เข้าพักA stunning and family-friendly hotel with all you could ask for on the grounds. From a beautiful gym, swimming pools galore to an incredible water park on site for not just the little ones but the big kids too… it has it all! The food courts had so much variety too with different settings for different nights. The entertainment kicked in just as I was leaving and the bar side singing was just beautiful, a great touch to the space ito give it that adult-exclusivity feel away from the other areas of the hotel which catered for the whole family.
ผผู้เข้าพักNeeded a hotel in Ierapetra to stay at whilst I dealt with a family bereavement here, so glad I chose this one, only minutes away from town centre and bus station and metres from the promenade and the many beachfront cafes.
The staff are all very friendly and cannot do enough for you.
The hotel is spotless throughout, the rooms are large and each has its own balcony.
There is a wide selection of hot and cold breakfast items so there is something for everyone.
Would highly recommend
AApostolos KaponisAdvantages:1. The personnel all were very friendly from the lobby till the cleaning lady trying to solve all your problems 2. Minimalistic architecture give the space to breath very beautiful decorations Disadvantages: 1. Please don’t go to the restaurants of this hotel overpriced and the food sucks for two person 200 euros for a food that cost less than 20. 2. Rooms we’re comfortable but overpriced for the things that offered.
MMariia MarchukFirst, there is NO swimming pool in this hotel! Dear Trip.com team, you should change this in your description of facilities for this hotel. The photos of the pool in the description are from the big hotel next door. And it is quite a small (!) pool, no way it is a ”kingsize” pool.
The hotel itself is OK, the restaurant is good, the staff is friendly. But the absence of the pool was a big disappointment for us.
ผผู้เข้าพักLovely hotel got moved very quickly on arrival to a new room due to noise.
Food was very good although main coffee machine awful ask for the bean coffee behind the counter.
It was quite on arrival which was nice but not enough seats or sunbeds when it got busier.
Staff very friendly and work very hard.
KKetevaniIt’s located a little far from paleiochora , you definitely need to rent a car , cuz there is not a bus station near the hotel. Breakfast and personal are good . They don’t have wash machine you need to go to city for laundry. Average hotel price was ok.
