ตั้งแต่ก้าวเข้ามาในโรงแรม รู้สึกเหมือนได้เข้าไปใน Alhambra นั่นเอง สถาปัตยกรรมของ Iberostar นี้ช่างน่าทึ่งจริงๆ: แรงบันดาลใจจากอาหรับ สีสันสดใส พร้อมวัสดุคุณภาพสูง บริเวณแผนกต้อนรับไม่ขาดสาย มีความสง่างามด้วยกระเบื้องหินอ่อน น้ําพุไหล เพดานไม้ และรายละเอียดอื่นๆ ที่ทิ้งความประทับใจไว้อย่างยั่งยืน ฉันจองห้องวิวทะเลด้านข้างสําหรับพ่อแม่ของฉัน และพวกเขาอาจจะได้รับห้องที่ดีที่สุด: ตั้งอยู่บนชั้น 5 ที่ปลายสุดของโรงแรม ทิวทัศน์นั้นไกลเกินกว่า ”บางส่วน”: พวกเขาสามารถชื่นชมทะเล สวนเขียวชอุ่ม สระว่ายน้ํากลางแจ้ง และระเบียงทั้งหมดของโรงแรมได้ในคราวเดียว สําหรับฉัน ฉันจองสองครั้งแยกต่างหากสําหรับการเข้าพักสามคืน เนื่องจากห้องเดียวกันไม่มีให้บริการทั้งคืน ฉันจึงได้รับการอัพเกรดเป็นอพาร์ตเมนต์ซูพีเรีย ซึ่งเป็นท่าทางที่ไม่คาดคิดและชื่นชมมาก เราเลือกครึ่งบอร์ด และอาหารก็โดดเด่นทั้งคุณภาพและความหลากหลาย ตั้งแต่อาหารทะเลสดไปจนถึงซูเปอร์ฟู้ดอย่างเมล็ดเจีย บุฟเฟ่ต์มีบางสิ่งสําหรับทุกรสนิยม โรงแรมแห่งนี้โดดเด่นในบรรดาโรงแรม 4 * ที่เราเคยไปทั่วยุโรปและทั่วโลก สระว่ายน้ํากลางแจ้งมีขนาดใหญ่อย่างน่าประทับใจและมีเตียงอาบแดดมากมาย สถานที่ให้บริการทั้งหมดสะอาดไร้ที่ติและพื้นที่สีเขียวได้รับการดูแลเป็นอย่างดี ที่จอดรถไม่ยุ่งยาก มีจุดฟรีมากมายทั้งด้านหน้าและริมทางของโรงแรม ข้อดีอีกอย่างคือ มีน้ําพุให้บริการทั่วทั้งโรงแรม ทําให้แขกสามารถเพลิดเพลินกับน้ําเย็นได้ตลอดเวลา ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนนคุณจะพบกับร้านค้ามากมายซึ่งสะดวกต่อการรับทุกสิ่งที่คุณต้องการ สุดท้ายนี้ขอพูดถึงพนักงานโรงแรมทั้งหมด - ตั้งแต่แผนกต้อนรับไปจนถึงบริการร้านอาหาร - พวกเขามีความเป็นมืออาชีพและใจดีเสมอ

Check in was difficult, took time because of a problem in their magnetic machine. Not enough amenities in the apartment. You need to pay extra for indoor pool. You need to pay in order to give you towels for outdoor pool. Housekeeper cleaned the apartment once on our stay and forgot to put soap and shower gel in the bathroom. You have to leave the apartment (check out) before 10AM. I had to pay extra in order to stay until 11. Manager was so inflexible and unhelpful with regard to my asking to stay until 11AM All in all, we are not happy with this resort.

I’m usually staying at Ritual hotel when in Torremolinos and always had a great experience… No this time when I didn’t see staff members at the reception being more flexible in order to satisfy customers request and experience. When I made the reservation, specifying a strong preference for a room not located to the ground floor, upon arrival and check-in I was informed but the front desk that my assigned room was on the ground floor, directly contradicting the preference I had clearly stated in the booking notes. I immediately raised the issue to the hotel staff reminding them of my prior request and I was told that the hotel was fully booked and not other rooms were available. I strongly believe that my request could have been accommodated if they would have taken in consideration my enquiry during the room assessment … the clearly didn’t have mindset of customer centricity which was very disappointing.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Towels and bedding changed everyday. A bottle of water left in our room every day also tea and coffee. We only had breakfast but the selection was great cooked,continental, cereals, fruit coffee and juices. Staff were all very pleasant and happy to help. Pools were clean but cold Only down point was the distance to bars and restaurants Hotel is in a quiet part of Torremolinos so a bit of a walk. However right opposite a lovely beach Weather was good all the week apart from one day it rained Great holiday though.

The location of Don Alfredo is unbeatable!!! You basically fall out of the hotel and into the old town of Marbella. That said, the hotel is not one of the newest and it's a bit rocked down, but still well kept. The room was very basic but clean, as was the bathroom. We didn't plan to spend a lot of time in the room anyways, so for our purposes it was perfect for a quite affordable price! 😀 The staff was kind and helpful and in the morning they brought coffee according to our wishes to the dining room table or also to one of the tables right outside at the entrance of the hotel. Coffee was great, but breakfast was not very impressive, so we only had a little bite, but always took some fruit from the fruit bowl 🍎🍏🍊 Parking outside the hotel was a bit difficult, but not far there was the possibility to park for free, just needed to circle a bit sometimes and get lucky with a spot getting empty right in front of us ... Altogether, we enjoyed our stay a lot ... The old Castillo de Marbella was right in front of the hotel and there was a little resto named El Rincón de la Muralla that would seat you right beside the Castle wall - very romantic at night! 💕 After dinner there, we only had a few steps to take to get into bed and enjoy a good night's sleep ... As for the pictures, only the first one is showing the hotel, the rest are pictures taken in the old town Marbella, super close to the hotel - and just to prove how great this location is! 😎

Last minute booking on recommendation of friend. Out of season so probably not as ‘fun’ as imagine but very quiet and good value. Towels a bit warn for white towels,  but the breakfast and pleasant service included in price was definitely 💯 value, also as on 6th floor and view of Med in warm winter sun was bonus. Nice festive touch as glass of bubbles for breakfast 🤭

The most bare hotel I have been to. Kettles need to be rented for a charge + deposit. There are no cups or cutlery in the room. Mini fridge is empty. I think I can understand why the hotel went for such measures given the crowd that is staying there - too many wild screaming Britons. Breakfast tables have nothing but a cloth. Lounge chairs are bare plastic making them very uncomfortable to use. Most of the chairs are in fact not available for use because guests dump their towels to reserve them and then not show up for hours. Staff allow this behaviour. The loud entertainment went on till 23:30 (accompanied by partying guests next door) so if you want to sleep any time before that - forget it, it's like trying to sleep inside a night club. Beach towels are not provided, bathroom towels cannot be taken out so if you didn't bring your own - tough. It is a beach property but the beach is private and hotel guests do not get any discounts. The shower was hot and had good pressure but there was hair left in the drain. Beds seemed good at first but I woke up with back pain. Went up to take a look at the roof terrace which looked lovely but we didn't stay for a drink. All in all the hotel was not for us and certainly would not recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing place.

Het was een aangenaam verblijf. Het 2-slaapkamerappartement is een aanrader! Vriendelijk personeel, prachtig zwembad met toezicht en een compleet uitgerust appartement met goede matrassen. Voor badhanddoeken bij het zwembad moet betaald worden. We besloten nog een extra nacht te verblijven en kregen een upgrade naar een accommodatie grenzend aan het zwembad. Appt 28C.

พนักงานบริการดีเยี่ยม อพาร์ตเมนต์สะอาดเอี่ยมอ่อง ทำเลดีเยี่ยม และคุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่ายไปอย่างมาก เราจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน!
