Staff universally excellent. All very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool and bar were a particular highlight. The only downside was the location. You need to take a taxi to pretty much anything other than the mall next door.

โรงแรมอยู่ในเงินบํานาญเราพักห้องเก่าที่มีแอร์เสียงดังและเตียงนอนไม่สบาย ชั้นบนถูก ”แตก” โดยชาวอังกฤษหรืออะไรซักอย่าง ดูเหมือนจะอยู่ในห้องของเรา 9.00 น. และเราต้องออกไปจากที่ยอมรับไม่ได้จนเสียงดัง รวมถึงดูเหมือนว่าพื้นอ่างอาบน้ําด้านบนจะลื่นเพราะมีคอนกรีตตกลงมาในห้องน้ําของเรา (ภาพที่แนบมา) เราขอแลกห้องแต่เราได้รับการต้อนรับจากพนักงานต้อนรับไม่ค่อยดีนักซึ่งไม่ได้ให้ฉันอธิบายสถานการณ์แต่ทําแลก เราพักอีกห้องนึง 4 ชั้นด้านล่างด้านหน้า ในความคิดของฉัน ผู้จัดการโรงแรมควรห้ามชั้นใกล้ชั้นบํานาญ จึงเป็นเหตุผลที่รบกวนแขกที่ไปพักผ่อนเกินไป ลิฟต์มีแค่ 4 คน ช่วงพีค (อาหารเช้า) ทนต้องลงรอนานจนผ่านสูญญากาศ ภาพถ่ายของเว็บไซต์แสดงห้องใหม่ แต่คุณสามารถพักในห้องเก่าได้ อาหารเช้าก็ลงตัว มีหลากหลาย และพักผ่อนตลอดเวลา ห้องพักใหม่ดีมากและสะดวกสบาย ฉันจะกลับมาอีกครั้ง แต่ถ้าฉันจะพักห้องใหม่ ไกลจากเกษียณของอังกฤษ

Great hotel with a great location - besides being on Copacabana, Ipanema is also within walking distance. The room was very clean, and you also have great French cosmetics Lóccitane for hair and body. I have no words to describe the great breakfast, which was very rich! I am very happy with my 5-day stay here and would come back again.Free chairs and umbrella on the beach.Amazing view from the bar and rooftop pool.Most delisious coffe I've had her in Rio.

Located close to a shopping mall and Botafogo beach. Hotel is clean and service is excellent. Only negative was a puddle of water on the floor leaking from the toilet.

El hotel está bastante bien, muy muy cerca de la playa y justo a lado de la estación de policía por si las dudas. Hay muchos lugares cerca donde comprar, además de las playas de Ipanema y Leblon que están bastante cerca. El único detalle es que al menos la habitación en la que estuve olía mucho a humedad pero en general bastante bueno. Ojalá puedan mejorar esto.

The hotel has a nice location on the beach, but the property could do with some updates. The first room I went into had a funny smell, so I reported it to reception. The male receptionist looked at me, and as if he doubted my word After I insisted, he assigned me a new room, but it was left to me to move my luggage. . No support was offered and I couldn’t be bothered to ask. I did ask if there would be any complimentary water put in the room. He said he would get housekeeping to put some water, but I’m still waiting two days later.  Power outlets in the room are limited and not designed for modern travel. No USB points. The TV is old and not smart or Internet connected. There are no cable channels so nearly all of the channels are local language apart from one CNN news channel in English.. The hotel is quite noisy and dogs. The walls are thin and guests scrape furniture across the marble floors. This is relatively easy to remedy if the hotel cared. The rooftop pool was disappointing as it’s quite small and normally full of kids. The restaurant is closed after breakfast. There is a bar, but it’s never open.. The biggest problem I had was the Internet. It did not work properly in my room and kept cutting out every few minutes. I had to stand in the corridor or come down to the lobby in order to get any decent coverage. I complained to the staff, but they did nothing and just told me it works.. This was extremely frustrating and I certainly wouldn’t come back to this hotel again.

ถึงจะเล็กไปนิดแต่ก็สะอาดเรียบร้อย มีวิวทะเลนิดหน่อยถือว่าเห็นวิวทะเลได้เลยทีเดียว ห้องอาหารชั้นล่างก็ดีมาก ไม่ว่าจะทานอาหารเช้าหรืออาหารเย็น

Excellent location and decent breakfast. Just slightly disappointed I was assigned to a room at the basement with no windows. There is a small rooftop pool for sunbathing.

โรงแรมค่อนข้างอับชื้นใกล้ทะเล แต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทุกอย่างใช้งานได้ดี มีเครื่องปรับอากาศและน้ำอุ่น บริการอยู่ในระดับปานกลางเมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรม Ibis อื่นๆ ในประเทศอื่นๆ ฉันบอกหมายเลขห้องพักกับพนักงาน และบอกว่าไดร์เป่าผมเกิดไฟฟ้าลัดวงจร แต่พนักงานกลับบอกว่า ”อ้อ” แล้วก็ไม่กลับมา เช้ามาฉันลืมเทน้ำร้อนใส่อาหารเช้า พอกลับมาก็ไม่ยอมให้เข้า พนักงานต้อนรับคิดเงินฉัน 10 หยวน และใช้เวลานานมากในการต้มน้ำ รู้สึกไม่ค่อยสะดวก ลิฟต์ทำงานแค่ตัวเดียว ทำให้ต้องรอในช่วงชั่วโมงเร่งด่วน อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกมากมาย ผลไม้ก็อร่อย คุ้มค่าจริงๆ ทำเลที่ตั้งดี สามารถเดินไปชายหาดและป้ายรถเมล์ไปโบสถ์ Christ the Redeemer ได้ และยังอยู่ใกล้รถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินอีกด้วย เดินไปร้านบาร์บีคิวชื่อดังก็ไม่ไกล โดยรวมแล้วถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับราคามาก

Hospedagem muito boa, fomos muito bem recebidos e a acomodação excelente. Boa localização também, rua muito segura e próximo a praia, restaurantes e farmácias.
