The hotel is spacious. We arrived late and they put the key under the carpet for quick check in. It was smooth and the location was perfect!

The check in and check out was seemless. The apartment was big enough for our family and quite cosy. The only part is the washing machine and dryer are outside and have opening and closing hours. If it can be open 24/7 it would be perfect.

Exceptionally positive stay and experience at this amazing hotel. The staff was very polite and, friendly and helpful all the way from check-in to check-out. The bath house and hot springs experience was one of a kind, very relaxing, refreshing and enjoyable. I will give it a 5 star rating and looking forward to visit again soon..

ครอบครัวใครจะรู้~ นักศึกษาเม็กซิกันยังมองหาบ้านหลังเลิกเรียน ไม่มีอะไรเลยจริงๆ ฉันจองโรงแรมนี้ในนาทีสุดท้าย คืนละ 500 หยวนเหมาะจริงๆ วิวกลางคืนของระเบียงดีมาก ย่านที่ร่ํารวยเซนต์คิลดาสามารถเดินไปชายหาดได้ คุ้มจริงๆ Eric ที่แผนกต้อนรับเป็นกันเองและแนะนําเป็นอย่างยิ่ง อย่าไปอยู่ในเมืองเพื่อใช้งบประมาณของ Ibis ฯลฯ ไม่เพียงแต่ทุกอย่างจะแย่ แต่ยังมีแผนกต้อนรับอินเดียหญิงดําต่าง ๆ กับคนผิวขาว ”เฮ้! ! ! ! คุณเป็นไง~~!!! ”คนจีน” รอสักครู่” 😅 บางทีฉันอาจจะเข้าใจผิดอยู่แล้ว 😅

We stayed one night at the Sandpiper Motel in Apollo Bay during peak season. On the positive side, the room was exceptionally clean, and the embroidered details on the bedding, pillow slips, and face towel were a lovely touch that added a sense of care and thoughtfulness to the decor. However, our stay was not without its issues. Room 5; Throughout the night, there was a persistent high-pitched noise whenever water was used in our block of rooms, which disrupted our sleep, not helpful if you are a light sleeper. This was particularly disappointing given the cost of over 500 NZD for one night. Additionally, while the self-check-in process was efficient, the lack of any staff presence left the motel feeling impersonal and made it impossible to seek assistance when needed. For example, there was no way to address the plumbing issue or request additional items like more face towels during our stay. While we appreciated the cleanliness and the attention to detail in the room design, these other factors made the experience less enjoyable than we had hoped. We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Perfect location to stayover after long drive from Sorento to Queenscliff to Apolo Bay. Recommend to have a good rest and continue the other half journey of Great Ocean Road the next day. Onsite parking available. Nice Apolo Bay seaview when having my breakfast😁😁

Excellent location. Nice view. Close to everything. Has blackout blinds which is helpful if you’re not a morning person. Petrol station next to it and foodworks on the next block. Multiple choices for restaurants. Parking available on site
