Poor service, room is okay, location is good. Friday, when I arrived the hotel, I asked the reception to check whether there is an earlier tour to the blue cave on Sunday, they said they checked for me, but they didn’t until Saturday night after followed up. Luckily I managed to get another agent to do it for me or otherwise I don’t think I could make the tour. Also, I ordered 4 dishes for dinner but they only served 3, I waited an hour for the 4th dish but turned out they forgot to cook it. How can you miss orders while total number of people having dinner is less than 10….
