My partner and I have just returned to the United Kingdom after having a trip to Europe, the final destination of our travels was at the very beautiful and picturesque hotel. The hotel is very well situated to river and minutes away from the Old Town. The interior is beautiful and the decor clearly reflects the reason why it’s a highly rated hotel. Our room was situated on the second floor and there is a lift for those who overindulge in the cuisine or infamous Slovak wines 😁 the staff are all smarty presented in their appearance and polite, the breakfast is varied and it is self service even the hot/cold drinks, so please bare that in mind if you’re mobility is restricted when dining in the restaurant for breakfast. The only negative I can recall, and this is no reflection of the hotel, the hospitality or staff as it was “other guests” having no consideration for guests still in their slumber or at least trying to be. Guests would allow their room doors to slam closed and guests would talk loudly on the corridor throughout the evening/night/morning. So next time I’d probably request a room on the top floor to avoid the inconsiderate guests 👍

I stayed here for two nights in a dormitory room shared by 6 people. Inside the room there are locker facilities and an elevator. To enter the accommodation and the room, you must use an entry code. It’s very safe and privacy is well maintained. There is no reception area, everything is done online. There are bathroom and toilet facilities, as well as a shared kitchen area and laundry facilities. The lobby area can be used from 6 AM to 12 AM. Free wifi is available. The bedroom is very comfortable and equipped with privacy curtains. The atmosphere here is very quiet and comfortable, and the location is also very strategic and easily accessible by public transportation. Overall, good services.

Fabulous hotel, perfectly situated for the airport, rooms and bathroom are big, clean and have everything you need. Staff are helpful and polite. Breakfast was amazing.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the lobby to check in. I traveled from my country The Bahamas, where tourism is our major industry and felt like I was home. The accommodation was great and the food was awesome. I definitely would stay there again and highly recommend this hotel to all of my friends and associates. Well done

Очень приятный отель с уютной атмосферой. Номера чистые и удобные, всё продумано для комфортного проживания. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, всегда готовы помочь. Удобное расположение — рядом всё необходимое. Остались только положительные впечатления, с удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова.

The hotel is not located in the very center of Bratislava, but it has very good transport accessibility. The railway station and the central bus station are nearby. The room was cozy, clean, and the design is modern. I had no complaints about the operation of electronic devices or plumbing. I would gladly give the hotel the highest score, but we were denied early check-in (we arrived outside the high tourist season, and I doubt that the hotel had no available rooms). Nevertheless, I recommend this hotel.

The best part of this hostel is the location. It’s ideal to move around either on foot or by public transportation. There are enough shower/toilet rooms not to wait in line. Not every single bed is applied with a socket. Check in is at 3pm which I find is a bit too late. Amazing cat comes over from time to time and is quite playful. Everything you can think of can be bought at the reception via card only.
