Room is spacious. Every room attached with a kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, sink & flame hook. Toilet is quite clean but shower curtain is a bit smelly & lower part of tiled wall is mouldy. Hope the hotel can improve this weakness. Overall is good but breakfast is extremely expensive. The 1st 2 days I stayed here due to free packages of government event then further a night paid by ownone. Breakfast is so so, thus it isnt worth to pay rm56 for 2 pax of breakfast

🌟 A Relaxing Escape with Top-Notch Hospitality I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hospitality stood out immediately—every staff member I met was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the entire stay feel effortless and enjoyable. One of the biggest highlights was the beautiful view. Whether during sunrise or sunset, the scenery from the hotel was simply breathtaking. Overlooking lush greenery, a spacious pool area, and the city skyline in the distance, it offered a calming atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The facilities were another strong point. The swimming pool was stunning—surrounded by tall trees and comfortable seating, it felt like a peaceful retreat both in the day and at dusk. The gym was well-equipped and clean, making workouts convenient during the stay. I also appreciated having access to the sauna, which was a great way to relax after exploring the city. Dining by the pool was such a treat too. Enjoying a delicious burger under the warm sun with the pool just steps away made for a perfect afternoon. Overall, this hotel provided a delightful blend of comfort, excellent service, and great amenities. I left feeling refreshed and satisfied, and I would gladly return for another stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great hospitality and facilities.

Overall, the hotel itself is satisfactory, and this is not my first time staying here for work purposes. The late check-out until 3:00 p.m. was appreciated. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding the service during my stay. I requested six (6) bottles of mineral water, and the staff initially agreed and informed me that the water would be sent shortly. Subsequently, I only received two (2) bottles. When I called the lobby to follow up, I was informed that the hotel policy allows a maximum of two bottles only. This was confusing, as my original request was acknowledged and accepted. If there is such a policy, it should have been clearly communicated at the outset. Additionally, after informing the staff that I was thirsty and requesting that the water be sent as soon as possible, I waited for more than 30 minutes and still did not receive the water. Eventually, I had to walk to the lobby myself to obtain it. I would like to understand if this level of service is in line with the hotel’s service standards.
