Душ неудобный (шторка). Плесень в ванной. Но отдельный плюс - вежливость персонала! Если правильно понял именно работников, а не владельца (если не ошибся, то пообщался с владедьцем, и впечатление осталось неблагоприятное).
Oh it was fabuloussssss! The staff were so nice in the restaurant and and on reception. They left a lovely note and a birthday cake for me in my room which was very nice and unexpected. The hotel is so close to the beach just a few steps down and they have sun beds and a table reserved free of charge for guests. There are lots and lots and lots of restaurants and small eatery’s on the beach with activities. Very nice hotel would go again.
Хороший отель с удобным местоположением. Рядом много едален, магазинов, до пляжа 10-15 минут ходьбы. Вежливый персонал. Нам понравилось, определенно выберем этот отель снова.
The location is great - walking distance to Slovenska and Mogren beaches, old city and shops. A nice balcony to take breakfast on. Dedicated space to keep and hang clothes in both rooms. Shadowy parking. Picturesque garden with kiwi, lemons etc. The host takes care of local registration. All good!
I travelled to Montenegro with a friend, and we decided to stay around Budva.
We chose the 2 bedroom suites, and they were large and comfortable, there was a small fridge in the kitchen area (that was full of unpaid snacks and alcohol). The bathroom was clean and functional.
Breakfasts were pretty good, there was everything you could want, including coffee machine, and there were some healthy options. One thing that was really bad are juices, they were reeeeally watered down, barely drinkable.
We travelled off-season, and there was a lot of construction going on around, and it was really loud. You can also hear everything your neighbours are doing, and doors are really really loud, it almost feels like someone just broke into your room.
Unfortunately, we had two very unpleasant things that happened:
1. There is only one road that connects the hotel to the main road. One day construction started on that road, and we could not exit hotel parking on a car, because it was blocked by them. We could not drive our car that day, essentially. Just by coincidence, we didn't need to go far, and decided to just walk to Budva. But imagine if we needed to go to the airport that day.
2. The laundry was broken, and they could not get spare parts in time. There were no laundries around, and pretty much every other hotel was closed. And I could not get to Budva, because the car was blocked! In the end, I had to hand-wash my clothes (in a 4 star hotel that was kinda weird thing to do).
The staff on the first floor was great, and tried to help as much as possible, and tried to find solutions. More questions are to the management of this hotel - how that happened that staff didn't know about construction (I doubt that they randomly decided to fix one random road without notifying anybody), and how one broken piece of washing machine made the laundry unusable - is there just one washing machine for the whole hotel, and how are the towels being washed if laundry is not working.

ผผู้เข้าพักA very pleasant hotel with a quiet, intimate atmosphere. In mid-May, the nearby hotels and bars had not opened yet, so the area felt a bit deserted -but we actually enjoyed that. The beach was peaceful and beautiful, with a mix of sand and pebbles and a gentle entrance into the sea, though special water shoes are recommended.
Breakfasts are served on a terrace overlooking the sea. The hotel restaurant, located on the same terrace, has stunning views of the sea and Sveti Stefan island. The service was very good, the food was delicious, and the portions were generous. Prices are high- twice as expensive as restaurants nearby.
The hotel’s location is excellent: about a 5-minute walk to Miločer Park and the beaches of Sveti Stefan, Queen’s Beach, and King’s Beach, and around 25 minutes on foot to Pržno, a charming fishing village with many restaurants. If you walk up the stairs near Nobu, you can reach a street with many cafés and restaurants offering very good value for money within about 10 minutes.
The staff were excellent. When we had an issue with our room (in the mountain-view room, the restaurant ventilation becomes noisy from around 5 a.m.), the hotel provided us with a complimentary upgrade and also arranged a late check-out to match the timing of our transfer. On the beach, the staff help with sunbeds, towels, and umbrellas, and everyone -managers, waiters, and beach staff alike -was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We left with a very warm and positive impression of our
ผผู้เข้าพัก5 star rating for the hotel staff and their service. Front desk staff was welcoming, hospitable and exceeded our expectations. Breakfast has good options with open dining in front of beach. Room is clean, spacious, contemporary, comfy beds and regularly serviced. Bathroom has nice shape and enough space to move around. The rainshower and bathroom ammenities were superb. Room has balcony and has really nice view of beach front. Infinity pool in 1st floor was beautiful, only downside was it wasn’t thermo regulated so it was cold, nevertheless nice ambiance to chill. Overall our stay was exceptional.
AAleks BeigulVery nice and fresh boutique hotel. The receptionist was extremely helpful and polite. Everything is conveniently located nearby, including supermarkets if you need anything, and the old town is just a 20-minute walk along the shore.
The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. The only downside is the noise from the road, as the hotel is located on one of Budva’s main streets. However, the windows provide good sound insulation, so we still had a very comfortable sleep on the excellent mattress.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back if we visit again.
AAlexander M.Location is good. I was able to check-in at noon, which was great since I arrived to Budva early. The guy at reception was nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, A/C worked well. There's a construction site in front of the hotel, but I had no issues with noise since my room was facing the opposite site of the building.
On the downside, there was no shower gel (just shampoo and a soap bar), shower cabin was leaking, making the whole bathroom uncomfortably wet. WiFi was waaaay too slow (5 Mbps).
