Room was large and had all you would want. Took a deposit for mini bar but mini bar wasn’t actually filled, which was odd- but deposit was returned. Great breakfast, lovely outdoor pool area and decent sized gym

อาหารเช้าหลากหลายและคัดสรรมาอย่างดี ในฐานะนักเดินทาง ฉันรู้สึกสะดวกสบายและปลอดภัย พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นมิตรและคอยช่วยเหลือเสมอ ห้องพักค่อนข้างเสียงดังเพราะพัดลมข้างนอก แต่ฉันก็สามารถเปลี่ยนห้องได้ มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตและร้านกาแฟมากมายอยู่ฝั่งตรงข้าม ฉันพอใจมาก!

Отдыхаем здесь уже не первый раз, руководство отеля молодцы уровень сервиса и качество отеля повышают и делают наш отдых приятным) видно что отель не стоит на месте а развивается. Номера чистые, полотенца, халаты, тапочки все необходимое в номере есть. Термальные источники, хамам, сауна, русская парная на дровах, холодная купель и большой бассейн все необходимое для отличного отдыха присутствует. Оборудовали сил зону с баром теперь можно заказывать еду и напитки не отходя от бассейна. Вообщем есть все для комфортного отдыха.

I stayed at Avant Hotel for a whole week and honestly it became one of my favorite stays in Bishkek. The location is perfect, literally right in the city center and super close to everywhere, which made everything so easy during my trip. Restaurants, cafés, shopping, and attractions were all nearby. What made this hotel really special for me was the staff. Every single person was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Since I stayed for a week, they even started recognizing me, always smiling, saying hello every time I walked in, and making me feel really comfortable and at home. Their hospitality felt very sincere and warm, not forced at all. The service was amazing from beginning to end, and whenever I needed help, they were always ready to assist with kindness and professionalism. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bishkek.

We initially planned to stay in a yurt, but with temperatures dropping to -5°C at night, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a more comfortable room — one with a queen bed and another with three single beds. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped, including a bidet in the bathroom. Overall, our stay was very pleasant, and the staff’s flexibility and attention to comfort made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

The place is in a very nice positions with amazing view ,but unfortunately I feel no one should come here especially if you are 3 people because there is no place for the third person so on the third person need to sleep on a sofa not sofa bed !!!custumer service is 0 , owner insulted me offering 10 € discount because one of us had to sleep on the sofa , they offered also a foldable bed that was broken. Has been told us also that we should complain becouse we booked in trip.com with a discount incredible . Speechless. For the price inside the house is not worthy shower doesn’t work properly , door doesn’t even close properly. It feels like the people that work there don’t care much about everything.
