"We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it felt like a great massage. The hotel staff are young, friendly and very attractive, always ready to help. Special thanks to the lady working as the head chef in the kitchen for the delicious breakfasts. She always smiled, which created a wonderful atmosphere in the dining room. We can definitely recommend this hotel. And if we ever find ourselves in Bishkek again, we'll stay at this hotel once more."

MMuhammad Irsyad Bin ZainiMy stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who were eager to assist with any questions. Their professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable right away. The lobby itself was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a great first impression.
My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and a good supply of toiletries.
One of the highlights of Lavitor Hotel was its convenient location. It provided easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a quiet evening nearby, everything was within reach.

ผผู้เข้าพักDas Frühstück war abwechslungsreich mit viel Auswahl. Als Reisende habe ich mich wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt und freundlich. Im Hotelzimmer war es etwas laut durch Ventilatoren von außen, aber ich konnte das Zimmer wechseln. Gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt, viele Cafés. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!

NNovindra aji syahputraI stayed at Avant Hotel for a whole week and honestly it became one of my favorite stays in Bishkek. The location is perfect, literally right in the city center and super close to everywhere, which made everything so easy during my trip. Restaurants, cafés, shopping, and attractions were all nearby.
What made this hotel really special for me was the staff. Every single person was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Since I stayed for a week, they even started recognizing me, always smiling, saying hello every time I walked in, and making me feel really comfortable and at home. Their hospitality felt very sincere and warm, not forced at all.
The service was amazing from beginning to end, and whenever I needed help, they were always ready to assist with kindness and professionalism. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bishkek.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe place is in a very nice positions with amazing view ,but unfortunately I feel no one should come here especially if you are 3 people because there is no place for the third person so on the third person need to sleep on a sofa not sofa bed !!!custumer service is 0 , owner insulted me offering 10 € discount because one of us had to sleep on the sofa , they offered also a foldable bed that was broken. Has been told us also that we should complain becouse we booked in trip.com with a discount incredible . Speechless.
For the price inside the house is not worthy shower doesn’t work properly , door doesn’t even close properly.
It feels like the people that work there don’t care much about everything.

KKhongorzul_TIt was a lovely hotel not far from the airport, the main star of my stay there was the front desk staff, especially Mr. Malik who speaks excellent English and an amazing problem solver. I was looking for a city to city ride without any Kyrgyz or Russian and he helped me to secure it without any problem. He even helped me to dodge suspicious and ridiculously overrated taxi drivers Thanks to him, my travel was smooth and joyful. Also the breakfast was delicious. Overall, a very good experience.
