ข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับการเช็คอิน: พอลงจากรถบัสแล้ว ให้รีบเช็คอินเลย ไม่งั้นต้องรอคิวนานมาก ส่วนการเช็คเอาท์ สามารถทำได้ตอน 12:30 น. ไม่งั้นก็ต้องรอคิวเป็นครึ่งวันเหมือนกัน ห้องพักมีอาหารเช้าทุกวัน และยังรวมอาหารกลางวันหรืออาหารเย็น 1 มื้อระหว่างการเข้าพักด้วย มีร้านอาหารสองแห่ง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นแบบสั่งอาหารตามสั่งหรือบุฟเฟต์ รสชาติก็ไม่ค่อยน่าประทับใจนัก และที่ร้านอาหาร Lagoi ริมทะเล ตอนกลางวันก็มีแมลงวันบินไปมาเต็มไปหมด พนักงานที่ Pool Bar ดูเหมือนจะสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษไม่ค่อยคล่อง ทำให้การสื่อสารไม่ราบรื่น ยกเว้นเรื่องอาหาร สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นๆ ของโรงแรมก็ดี สระว่ายน้ำสบายมาก และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องก็ดีด้วย Kids' Club ค่อนข้างเล็ก ของเล่นหลายชิ้นก็ชำรุด ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดี มีชายหาดส่วนตัว มีเก้าอี้ชายหาด โซฟาบีนแบ็กของโรงแรมวางอยู่บนหาด การเดินทางจากท่าเรือมาโรงแรมโดยรถบัสก็ไม่ไกล โดยรวมแล้ว ถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับราคา

Here are my reviews for turi beach resort, as my first time solo travellers. The locals are nice, the location is good too. With welcome drinks once you check in the hotel( which i did not drink as i was busy checking in but looks delicious 🤤). It was good to unwind, to relax your mental health. The staff gave me a nice room which made me more appreciated. The only thing I'm not okay with is there is no lotion in the room which makes me a little bit sad as i expected to have one. But the overall experience is good. I love the place and the staff are friendliness. I also love the sunset and sunrise . Especially at the island bar restaurant.I will definitely come back there

At first, we were impressed by its simple, modern, stylish design and sparkling cleanliness. The room was spacious and had a partial sea view. However, during our 3D2N stay, the swimming pool remained closed due to strong winds. The weather was nice enough for a swim, so it was quite a misfortune. This should have been stated in their advertisements to let customers know that although the hotel has a pool, it is almost never open. The location is opposite the mall, but it’s dangerous for families with strollers or young children to cross the road.

Room is huge and location is on point. However it is very dated and furnishings is badly in need of refreshing. Given the plus points and the price, it is still a good stay for the price paid. It is next to A1 food court with lots of eateries so I suggest foregoing the substandard breakfast at the hotel and try out them. Tip: The in house spa is very good value and open til late. Worth a try

The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the city center. Christmas decorations was awesome. Would definitely stay again for the value.

Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou.

Harris Nagoya is a new hotel in Batam. It is situated next to Nagoya Hill mall, placed within a cluster of other hotels with bustling food and amenities all around. The hotel is modern and impeccably spotless. The staff are warm and friendly. Breakfast service is fast, efficient and offers a decent variety of delicious food, pastries, fruits etc. The only thing I would highlight is that the gym is not in the building itself and is not yet open. However, that didn’t dampen my experience at all. All in all, a 5/5 experience

I have been here for the 3rd time and this hotel never disappoints. The breakfast buffet spread was plentiful and the staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive. Overall the hotel was clean and well maintained.

ครั้งแรกที่มาบาตัม จองไว้ตอนสิ้นปี ซึ่งเป็นสาเหตุที่เราได้พื้นที่นี้ เรากำลังมองหาที่พักที่ Ashton แต่กลับเต็ม อ่างล้างหน้าดูแปลกๆ เพราะน้ำไหลออกมาเป็นสีขาวขุ่น ไม่แน่ใจว่ามีปัญหาอะไร แต่มีกลิ่นเหมือนน้ำที่มีคลอรีนผสมอยู่ ฉันพักที่ชั้น 9 แต่ทุกคืนที่ได้ยินเพลงของผับดังมาจากห้องของฉัน ทั้งที่ผับตั้งอยู่ที่ชั้น 1 เราอยู่ที่ BCH 2 ซึ่งดูเหมือนอาคารใหม่กว่า อาหารเช้าก็โอเค แต่ค่อนข้างผิดหวังเล็กน้อยเพราะมีตัวเลือกไม่มากนัก ทำเลดีเพราะเดินไปศูนย์อาหาร A2 และห้างสรรพสินค้า Grand Batam Center ได้
