There’s no need for this place to shout.
It already knows where it stands.
Right in the middle of Batam—everything within reach.
Not the kind of “central” that looks good on a map,
but the kind where you step out and the day just… unfolds.
Rooms are straightforward. Clean, composed, no unnecessary drama.
You sleep well, wake up ready—nothing fighting you.
But what lingers is the staff.
Not overbearing, not rehearsed—just quietly attentive.
The kind who solve things before you feel the inconvenience.
Here are my reviews for turi beach resort, as my first time solo travellers. The locals are nice, the location is good too. With welcome drinks once you check in the hotel( which i did not drink as i was busy checking in but looks delicious 🤤). It was good to unwind, to relax your mental health. The staff gave me a nice room which made me more appreciated. The only thing I'm not okay with is there is no lotion in the room which makes me a little bit sad as i expected to have one. But the overall experience is good. I love the place and the staff are friendliness. I also love the sunset and sunrise . Especially at the island bar restaurant.I will definitely come back there
I spent 2 nights at this hotel and the location couldn’t be better. Right in the heart of everything, so major points there.
But the bathroom… that’s where things fell apart. The showerhead holder was broken, which made every shower an awkward juggling act. And the “frosted” glass? It doesn’t actually blur anything out. If you’re showering, anyone on the bed has a front-row seat. Seriously, why even install a glass panel if it offers zero privacy?
The towels didn’t help either — yellowed and oddly dark, they didn’t exactly scream “fresh and clean.”
Aside from those misses, the room itself was decent enough, and the staff were a genuine highlight. Kind, helpful, always with a smile.
Great location, lovely people… just maybe pack your own towel and shower with the lights off.
There's some miscommunication on the booking as per booking page is either a big bed or 2 single bed. Upon booking did write the bed preference but was not fulfilled.
However try to communicate with the staff and trip.com able to be assigned to 2 single bed room.
There's slight leakage of the aircon, contact front desk and get it fixed.
Hotel breakfast is not nice.
Overall the staff is friendly n helpful, and has good location.
ผผู้ใช้ไม่ระบุชื่อGood location with many food options nearby. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall. Breakfast is superb, delicious local tastes. The room is clean but lacks amenities, especially hand towels and hairdryers.
FFelicityfyRoom was amazing. Managed to purchase an upgrade to the Seaview Villa and it was so spacious. Comfy kingbed, Huge bathtub and a pooldeck!
Only issue with the room was the toilet starting to smell especially after flushing or at night after returning to the room.
The resort provided complimentary transport to and from the ferry terminal so that made things very convenient. Within the resort itself, we had 2 bicycles to use or you could call for the buggy to ferry you around places.
The service and staff were impeccable, they truly made you feel like very special guests! Would highly recommend the spa, the massages were heavenly.
Would definitely come again and experience more at this resort.
DDean StantonAsialink Hotel by Prasanthi is my favourite hotel in Batam. By a considerable margin.
Best described as ”luxury boutique”, the management team and staff have perfected the art of hospitality here.
I and my partner can find nothing to fault, from the quality of the welcome to the beautiful pool to the plentiful, varied and high quality breakfast buffet.

NND_travelNew hotel (<1year). Generally a good stay. Satisfactory.
Room - nice cool air con. Big bed. Very pleasant room…but lousy view.. construction next building.
Location - easy grab everywhere. Good if one is headed to batam centre ferry terminal. But definitely not as lively as nagoya hills area. Gotta grab eeveryhwere.
