Everything about our stay was fantastic greeted beautifully when we got there, room was lovely and clean, facilties brilliant, never a bad holiday experience hotel is beautiful, staff are always so lovely and the entertainment was brilliant will be booking again soon best hotel in blackpool didnt want to leave always a pleasure to stay there my son really enjoyed it wants to come back already you all take care be booking again soon could please keep me updated with the entertainment that's on for the rest of the year

Very conveniently located, spacious car park but standard breakfast, a definite choice for transit travellers. Stayed here with for one night, hotel is clean and room was spacious with styled furniture. Breakfast lacked a bit variety. Beds were hard. There were some events there at the same time we were checking out so it was a bit busy in the reception area.

Reasonably priced hotel with all the basics and friendly service. One girl changing the rooms when we were leaving saw me struggling with my luggage and hurried to carry it to the main door for me which I really appreciated. The room was clean and adequate but our stay was somewhat spoiled when we discovered that the shower was stuck on extremely hot..too hot to use temperature so we had to content ourselves with washing at the wash basin which we didn't appreciate.

Firstly this isn’t a hotel. It’s a pub with rooms, which are tired and need a refurb ( bath chipped and rusty, toilet cracked and I mean toilet not seat ) evening meal in pub it’s self good and staff good. Prices reasonable. Pub Toilets not big enough given size of restaurant/ lodging/ and the fact that camper van/ motor homes  can park on the car park overnight  and use facilities. Buffet Breakfast poor and trailered more to the motor home guest’s who only pay £15 a night to stay which includes breakfast. My advice get in early if you want best choice. 

I can and do recommend this hotel. I stayed at the hotel for 17 nights. My room was on the ground floor and was very comfortable, there is not one thing that I can complain about. I got to know the staff, who were absolutely magnificent. They could have done nothing more to make me feel very welcome and at home. From the reception, bar, dining room, kitchen and housekeeping staff, they made me feel like I came home every evening when I got back to the hotel. They went out of their way for me. Thank you to Varun, Aniken, Jake, Vix and the rest of the staff. I can’t recommend Garner Samlesbury Hotel enough!!!

โรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยมพัก 3 คืนขณะเยี่ยมครอบครัว ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม 1 นาทีจากทางแยก M6 มีที่จอดรถฟรี แช่ตัวในสระว่ายน้ําสปาและห้องอบไอน้ําหลังจากวันที่ยาวนาน ขับรถ 2 นาทีไปตามถนนเป็นแมคโดนัลด์เพื่อให้เด็ก ๆ มีความสุขและถัดจากแมคโดนัลด์เป็นที่จอดรถสําหรับชาร์จ EV สําหรับทุกคนที่มีรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า นี่เป็นเหตุผลส่วนหนึ่งสําหรับการจอง Holiday Inn ตามที่ต้องการเพื่อชาร์จรถ Holiday Inn มีร้านอาหารและบาร์ซึ่งค่อนข้างแพงดังนั้นเราจึงใช้สิ่งนี้ครั้งเดียวในการเข้าพัก แต่เป็นบาร์ที่มีสต็อกเพียงพอและเมนูค่อนข้างดี อาหารเช้ามีมากมายมีให้เลือกมากมายสนามเด็กเล่นด้านนอกและพื้นที่เล่นเล็ก ๆ ในเลานจ์ของบาร์ฉันเชื่อว่าพวกเขายังให้บริการสุนัขเพราะฉันเห็นสองสามตัวในระหว่างการเข้าพักและแผนกต้อนรับมีขวดของการรักษา

เราก็ผิดหวังในสถานการณ์ที่จอดรถ ไม่ได้ทําให้ชัดเจนว่าต้องขับรถเข้าไปตรงไหนมีป้ายบอกทางออกและกดให้เค้ายกที่กั้น แล้วเสียดายที่ไม่มีห้องเลยต้องโทรเข้าไปหารีเซฟชั่นเพื่อหาว่าเราจอดที่ไหนได้มันเครียดไปหน่อยและอาจจะหลีกเลี่ยงได้ ตัวโรงแรมมีความปลอดภัยมากเพราะต้องกดเพื่อเข้าทางเข้า เมื่อไปถึง reception ที่ชั้น 1 เราได้การต้อนรับและจัดสรรห้องพัก ห้องพักเหนื่อยมากมีรอยขีดข่วนและรอยขีดข่วนผนังและเพดาน ห้องน้ํามีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกครบครันแต่รอยแตกใหญ่มากอยู่ในกระเบื้องบนพื้นยาวประมาณสองฟุตครึ่ง หัวฝักบัวสกปรกและด้านล่างของประตูหลักหลุดลอกไปหมด เตียงเป็นที่นอนเดี่ยวสองเตียงวางไว้ด้วยกันซึ่งใช้งานได้ดีอย่างเห็นได้ชัดและหมายถึงมีหลุมกั้นระหว่างซึ่งไม่ค่อยสะดวกสบายเท่าไหร่ บาร์ราคาแพงสําหรับเครื่องดื่มและพนักงานดูเหมือนจะทําหน้าที่บริการและทําความสะอาดโต๊ะ ฯลฯ พนักงานคนเดิมบางคนที่ทานอาหารเช้าและมันก็แค่รู้สึกว่าพนักงานน้อยไปหน่อยโดยรวม ตัวอาหารเช้ามีเพียงพอแต่ธรรมดาๆ เราได้แจ้ง reception เรื่องการเช็คเอาท์ของข้อหาเนื่องจากเราไม่ใช่คนที่จะบ่นแต่ปัญหาต่างๆ ทําให้แตกต่างกันและบางเรื่องก็แค่การบํารุงรักษาทั่วไป

The hotel and entrance are great, no complaints there. I’ve been a regular at another hotel within 5 miles of here, where the facilities are immaculate and the rooms are always meticulously clean. So I had high expectations. On walking into my room (250), it was freezing. I immediately turned on the electric radiator, but was woken up at 2am by the thermostat flicking on and off repeatedly. The digital screen kept lighting up and going off it felt like there was a rave in my room. Highly annoying and not conducive to a good night’s sleep. Before bed, I went for a shower and splashed foamy suds around as you do. After finishing, I was washing down the inside of the shower cubicle and noticed what I thought were leftover soap suds near the door handle. I went to wipe them off and I can tell you now, they were not soap suds. Absolutely disgusting. The previous occupant clearly lacked basic hygiene, and although it shouldn’t be expected, the cleaners really need to have a keener eye for detail. This sort of thing should never be missed.
