ตั้งแต่มาถึงโรงแรมก็ได้รับความสนใจและน้ำใจดีมาก ทำเลที่ตั้งสมบูรณ์แบบ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสะอาด และได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี จุดลบคือคุณสามารถได้ยินทุกอย่าง ตั้งแต่ 8:30 น. ในตอนเช้า คุณจะได้ยินเสียงพนักงานโรงแรมทำความสะอาดและเคลื่อนย้ายเฟอร์นิเจอร์ ในส่วนของอาหารเช้าเราได้รับความสนใจดี แต่คุณภาพของสินค้าค่อนข้างไม่น่าพอใจ ฉันจะทำซ้ำความสนใจและสถานที่ตั้งที่ได้รับ

Very helpful staff I may have mis spell Diez. Night shift on 4.22. We plan to drive to Madrid but unsure if we can due to our rented car had not applied the entry permit. He had been super helpful, searching in website n found where v may park our car outskirt of Madrid n take a train to go. Clear instruction. Real helpful! Room size is big n clean. Great view n v had dinner in the restaurant.

Lo reservé para mis padres y me dijeron que les pareció bastante bien en general. Les gustó mucho el desayuno y la atención de los trabajadores. Asimismo dijeron que todo estaba muy limpio. Lo que menos les gustó fue que el mobiliario de la habitación y del hotel en general, si bien estaba limpio, estaba bastante desfasado.

Urban hotel, next to the most important pedestrian street in the city, in the center. And close to an area where you can eat the famous pinchos morunos, patatas mixtas and other typical tapas. On the ground floor there is a café and restaurant where breakfast is served for a separate price. Perfect attention from the people at reception, clean and tidy room, comfortable mattress. It includes a smart TV, a small refrigerator, a desk with a kettle, infusions and coffee sachets. Classic bathroom from the 90s, all marble, bathtub and bidet. Only one major complaint, this hotel cannot be four star today, maybe in the 80s/90s. Punched card to enter the room, errors in the flooring and a blind unworthy of a 4-star hotel. Yes, the price is on par with those 4 stars. The fault is not with the workers who were perfect, it is with the business group that runs the hotel, because with two stars it would be a more realistic category

โรงแรมนี้ยอดเยี่ยมมาก อ่างอาบน้ําที่งดงามพนักงาน โดยเฉพาะ Sergio น่ารักและสะดวกสบาย เมื่อเรามาถึงเรามีเตียงเดี่ยวสองเตียงแทนที่จะเป็นเตียงคู่ แต่พวกเขากรุณาเปลี่ยนเป็นเตียงคู่ให้เราทันที วิวนอกหน้าต่างก็สวยและทําเลก็สมบูรณ์แบบ เงียบสงบ แต่ใกล้ทุกอย่าง จะแนะนําให้เพื่อน  ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคืออาหารเช้า ซึ่งค่อนข้างแพงสําหรับสิ่งที่คุณได้รับ สําหรับการสั่งซื้อโดยทั่วไปคุณสามารถรับได้เฉพาะไข่เท่านั้น เยี่ยมมากถ้าคุณรักไข่ แต่ไม่ค่อยมากถ้าคุณไม่😂 แต่ก็ยังน่ารัก

Excellent other than room consta try too hot and advice to open window made little difference - it was explained that it was too early in year for air conditioning to be functioning.

งดีค่ะ ติดกับ Cathedral อย่างเดียวที่อาจจะไม่คุ้มคือ เอาอาหารเช้า เพราะไปดื่มกาแฟ กับ ช้อน คุณจะได้จ่ายถูกกว่า เพราะไม่ใช่บุฟเฟ่ต์ และ ต้องขอว่า เลือกน้อยแค่ไหน
